have covid flu, stalled for 9 days

I'm on VLCD 23 today and have been coming down/fighting off what the rest of my 6 family members have. Last one standing but came down with it today. Guessing covid by symptoms it's the weirdest bug but my family's been so sick. Anyways I've stalled between 128 and 127 for 9 days yoyoing.

I really have no hunger now with the sickness but wasn't hungry before either. I'm within 5 lbs of goal weight. I think I'll go to 30 days then move to p3

But really hoping I can heal ok. Anyone else get sick like this on P2?

MissJess, its one thing to power through a few days of sickness, but you are looking at a two week siege. Thats a lot for your body to deal with while at the same time having the stress of the diet. Trying to do both could make you sicker, or sicker for longer.

Please consider suspending your round until you feel better. If you have had at least 23 doses, you can consider it an interruption and resume the rest of your round without reloading in two weeks.

Thanks for sharing Leez. I was curious how long does one have to do P2 again after an interuption? I would have to re-mix but for another 2 weeks?

You can do the rest of the maximum 40 dose days once you restart, or you can do as little as 4 days. However, the 4 day amount is hardly worth it, since it takes 3 days for the HCG to come to full strength. Most people do about 10 days after an interruption.

Thank you Leez goodto know. I really wanted to make it to 30 days before p3 because I heard it helps you stabilize better.

In general it does help to go for 30 dose days, but you can stabilize after a 23 dose round.

It's probably best, since you are dealing with illness, to go by how you feel after the interruption and decide then whether to continue for the rest of your round.

I wanted to update with good news. This bug was short lived for me. I've been steadily getting better and found things that helped me homeopathic remedies and such. Well my stall broke and I went from 128 to 125 and then this morning 123! So I'm thankful for that. I did fast for one day but I wasn't hungry at all. On the worst day of the flu I skipped my injection. Anyways I've decided since I'm SO so close to goal and only have a few days left till I get to 30 days. I'm going to keep going till 30 days then go to P3 for good. I really don't want to do an interuption. Just would be hard for me. So I'm thankful to be feeling better. I have 5 kids to care for and it's such a busy family. I'm back to cooking and cleaning and laundry today.

So 3 lbs till goal weight I have 3 days left before I can start transitoning to no injections and p3

Glad you are feeling better now.

Incidentally, I'm with you on taking an interruption. I think its harder than just finishing.

aw thanks, Roselanoue! <3 You're kind. I'm 5'3 so petite height wise. I had done HCG injections after I had 2 kids and lost the baby weight then went on to have 3 more so this is the final round hopefully! We're done with kids. I had carried a lot of weight in my upper body and now I'm a true small up there which feels nice and even. I'm the same weight as my very tall 5'7 14 year old. LOL which feels funny! She's healthy just young n' skinny!

I am soo ready for p3 soon. Getting a bit grumpy. I think it's just my body saying it wants a normal diet again. No cravings just feel like my body's so ready to be over with p2~

Anyone else feel grumpy a the end of the round? My poor family. Getting over a flu and a diet. Ugh. But it will be done in just a few days!
