    Okay, I've created a thread and am anxiously awaiting all of you in the P3 forum. It's called P3 Tavern - Daily Support Group. I look forward to your arrival.

    Day 1 of Phase 2 Today - Any others starting now?

    Looks like my mixing syringe will be here today so back on the P2 train I go. This will be my skip day. I'll see you all in the P3 phase in a few weeks. New goal is 115 so 8lbs to go.

    @llc thanks but today is super hard! I think my actual LIW was Thursday and I just didn't realize my hcg was bad until Friday because I am starving. My husband went to get a culver's ice cream and I almost caved. I've been sleepy all day due to hcg leaving system. I stood strong though and had my paleo meatloaf instead. Wow I forgot how fast I get hungry at beginning of p3. So at this point I'll be happy to get the hcg back in my system to feel in control again. But my plan has shifted a bit and I am going to restart P2 on Tuesday so I can enjoy some fried chicken on 4th of July. Tomorrow I will be better prepared for my hunger because today I've been thawing out a whole chicken, chicken breast and ground beef. I wish I could join you all in the p3 thread you started but my work is not done yet. I'll definitely read it from time to time to see how you all are doing.

    Cool Round 2, Phase 2, Day 1

    Wow, my two loading days felt like they were going to kill me. I hate loading days, it's just too much. I didn't eat today until 4pm, I just couldn't. TOM began on my birthday ( I was supposed to be in menopause!), TMI gastric distress; this has been quite an auspicious beginning to my 2nd P2.

    I've been so excited to start this second round. I lost 28 pounds at the end of P3, gained 6 pounds from my two load days and now I just expect to see the scale go down. Yeah!!!!!

    No one really doing this thread anymore but an update. I have had two planned interruptions one of 10 days and one of 5 days. I have 10 syringes left and am contemplating using the last 10 syringes which would probably net me a 4-5 lb loss or calling it quits today at 119.2 and starting P3 Monday morning. Hmmmm what to do what to do??

    If it was me I would go for it. It always seems easier to me to keep going than to start again later.

    But only you can assess if you have the heart to do another 10 days.

    Yeah I don't think I do I'll let you know tomorrow. Technically today would be my first 24 hours without a hcg shot but I may jump back on the boat tomorrow due to the teriyaki bowl I just had. It was carrots, broccoli, chicken breast and cabbage. I splashed soy sauce on it. We shall see if that has a negative affect on the scale tomorrow if not I will stay the course to P3 staring Monday. Thanks Leez I do know what you mean about staying on the boat then doing another round but I'm anxious to get to FMD.

    Hey, this is my first time and I am on 6 weeks too. My day 1 was for P2 was Aug 5. I have lost 10 LBS as of today. Looking for more!

    Just happy to discover this form...

    Hey gang.
    I'm on P2 Day three.
    Day 1: Too chicken to weigh
    Day 2: 242.8
    Day 3: 239.8
    Goal: 208
    I hope to get down to 208 with my first round.
    I plan to take a 6 week break and start another round to get down to 185.
    I'm 6'0.
    I plan on running three times a week for 2 miles.
    I usually run 30 miles a week.
    I have a few half-marathons I signed up for next month.
    I would like to get down to 185 as a final goal weight with 208 as my intermediate goal.
    I am doing fine so far. No hunger pains.
    I do not like Chicken that much, or white fish.
    I am going to alternate between chicken and cube steak.
    I did the juice fast/feast a few years ago.
    That was terrible!
    I did it for 30 days.
    If I did that diet, I can do anything.

    I will check in often!
