Good luck to the newbies who have just joined this thread. I think many of us here on this thread are in the same boat having done rounds in the past but not following up well in phase 3 and four....I know this is me to a tee. If I don't loose as much as I want to on this round I will do a short round in September for those last few pounds. It would be great if those of us in Phase 2 can move over to a new Phase 3 thread.....I am a bit nervous about this phase. How are people transitioning into Phase 3....I have read a few conflicting strategies so I will be interested to hear. I am going to follow a strategy I've researched which is to basically do a P2 phase bulking up on extra veges and protein to get the calorie count up and very very gradually adding in good fats one serving at a time.
