Thread: Day 21, Down 41.5

    Day 21, Down 41.5

This diet has been life-changing for me in just 3 weeks. If you need any encouragement, let me know! I have been extremely basic with the diet (no recipes-coffee-melba toast-milk) and it has been so easy. I never would've thought that I would be forcing myself to eat!

If you're contemplating this diet, stop proscratinating and do it. You owe it to yourself to feel great again!

Good luck to you all....I'm I have a few more weeks to go on VLCD and can't wait to see where I finish!

AJ, you've done fabulously! But you are past the amount you're allowed to lose in one round. I'd up your calories and ride out the rest of the time. Wow, great losses!

Hey Grammy! Past the amount I'm allowed to lose in one round? That's not fair! haha I was going to do a 43 run....Should I use my 2nd bottle of HCG for a completely new round? I'm on a roll and don't want to stop! lol

Your skin needs a chance to shrink back into shape. You need to go at least 23 days and 30 is better. I'd up your calories until you stop losing and go at least the 23 days.

Thanks! Fortunately, even with the amount of weight I need to lose, my skin isn't too loose at all. I'm an ex-college football player so my muscle mass index is generally higher than most and I haven't noticed any skin issues yet. For example, my stomach is now almost flat.....I'll most likely finish the last few shots and call it a round....how long should I wait between rounds? Thanks again for the advice!!!!

Yeah, You start a new round after you take a 6 week break.

Started at 179 (5'3") June 5th 2010. Lost 40 pounds eating no sugar, flour, wheat, rice, or dairy, and eating 2 times a day breakfast and lunch. Stalled at 138 for 4 months then decided to do HCG.

Now joke, huh? At this rate, I would've been at my playing weight (85 lbs lighter) in 8-10 weeks! lol

I am roughly in the same boat. I am 21 days in, 32 lbs down. I need to lose 50 more and this thing is rocking. I really don't want to stop the train at 40! Should I consult a doctor?

When they say that you take 6 weeks off, you do understand that means 3 weeks of the stabilization protocol and then 3 weeks of the maintenance protocol right? Not just 6 weeks of pre-hcg eating. I just wanted to make that clear.
