Day 4 lost only 1 pound?

I'm on day 4 and only lost one pound, should I be worried? I only need to lose 10 to 12 pounds total so maybe it's slower than some? I'm a vegan and doing protien shake in morning and again for lunch with an apple. Dinner is a little tofu little quinoa and a salad with ponzu. I know this isn't exact so what do. Need to change?

Losses can be slower on a vegan menu. Depending on how close you are to a reasonable goal weight, losses can seem slow. But most people lose their load weight after the first day or two. Does your loss include loss of load weight?

This article might be helpful. It lists the protein subs other vegetarians and vegans have had success with:

You might try switching out with some of them.

Thank you, the article helped me. I will try to change the tofu to something else because it said that soy products can interfere
