    LexiVega - that awesome news, that you actually had what you craved for and had a loss, well done :-)

    I'm not having a good day, was suppose to have TOM last week (when I started the drops) and it never arrived, but I'm still having symptoms....do you only stop the drops when it starts or when, it just feels lik I'm suppresing it?? Advise will be great thx.

    From everything I have read, you should keep taking the drops even during TOM. I have also read you could stop on the heaviest days. I ended up with TOM 2 weeks early on VLCD 3, I kept taking my drops, and had the best shortest cycle ever! Usually I gain 3-8 lbs with TOM, not on HCG, I actually lost!

    MamaMiaX5 - Thx for the advise :-) I gained this morning .4 and have been feeling very fatigue today, but it can also be because I never did the loading phrase, and have been eating very low carbs before that. AND I CHEATED today grrrrrrrrrrrr, but maybe that was what my body needed to refuel. Tomorrow is another day

    Good afternoon everyone , hope everyone is having an awsome day! Down another 1.2 as of this morning and i swear my clothes feel alot better! Im on my way to 2 birthday parties...its gonna be hard to stay on program but i am determined! I can do this its gonna be so worth it at the end i just know it...

    Greetings Ladies:

    I've been lurking on your page for a few days and it seems very active. I've been posting on another page, but I'm not getting what I need there. You all are seem very involved and supportive and I'd really love to join your group. I'm a homemaker and student. This is R2 for me; I'm doing Rx suplingual. I started R1 on New Years Day and completed in mid Feb. I lost a 24 lbs. I was a little lazy with stablization my weigh fluxuated by 5lbs from LDW. I started this round last Friday and gained 5lbs from the load. However, I was at the highter end of my 5lb fluxation when I started so its a net 10 gain. The first few days went well. I don't know what happend last night,but I gained 1.2pounds. ***Warning Rogue Alert*** I'm not a protocol purist. I go rogue from time to time. Stevia and coffee don't mix well and if I don't have my coffee with cream I'm not very pleasant. I also mix veggies; but most of the things I've tried haven't effected my losses. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.

    HI!! Yesterday (27th) was my first day. It was my LOAD day 1..... I started at 166.6 and after LD1 I was 165.6.... I ate everything in site, I can't believe I lost weight. Today is my LD2...... So we will see.....

    One Question:

    1. When do you take your B-12 supplement??? Once a day??? Twice??? I am not sure how to take it so I haven't yet.

    Welcome ladies! We are hoping to keep this thread active, it makes for great support!

    Tarasheridan: I take a B12 tablet every morning with my first bottle of water, that way I remember! Aren't load days fun? lol The end of my second day, I was so done eating! I am close to your weight today! 165.7 ! Last May 1st I was 230lbs ack! I did WW for the first 57 lbs, and found I was waivering too much. This is my second week on VLCD. Week one rocked, week two although I have been on protocol, has not been so successful, but I am determined to stick it out, until at least day 21!

    M2nd2none, welcome! Good luck on r2. I didnt have much expectation for hcg. I thought if I can lose 10 lbs I would be happy. AFter day 6 and being down 12.7 I thought, pft...I should be able to drop at least 20...sadly my body is deciding otherwise! lol We will see though!

    PS: I read something last night about putting HCG in the fridge, I did it this morning after taking my drops which are like water under the tongue. Just took another dose...not nearly as liquidy, was easy to wait the 5 mins!

    Well its sunday and it looks like I am alone today, and up .2 UGH, I am following protocol to a T, so I guess its time to change something? I am starting to believe my drops are fake. How can I not lose for 9 days??? I will check in with you all tomorrow...hope your weigh ins were better!

    VLCD6 and it has been a strange day. I went to bed very late, or should I say very early this morning about 2:00am. I was up two hours later to make breakfast for my husband. My way of supporting him through his TourDeCure 61 mile bike ride to raise money for diabeates. My unexplained gain seems to have resolved itself. I had a 3lb loss this morning. Hope you are all doing equally well.

    Hi Everyone!!

    It was a very busy day today.....but I am down 2lbs!!!

    Welcome m2nd2none and tarasheridan!! This thread is awesome - although it is getting a little quiet lately.

    LeeAnne - I am sorry for your frusteration.....you are doing great though!! And I have to say that even if your drops are fake - eating only 500 calories a day would make you lose weight for sure....have you thought about a mini steak day?? I know it's not exactly protocol but it might be worth a try......

    Well I have a job interview tomorrow so wish me luck!!!

    Hi all! I started April 19th (VLCD #1) too, Samantha. Mom of Three, I have three also-with one in college. I'm down 10lbs, but I'm not sure whether that's a "normal" weight loss for Day 11 of VLCD or not. I have lots of energy and I'm trying to confine my walks to ten minutes (as per doc), but I'm so excited about my weight loss that I want to keep exercising. "/ Is anyone else exercising?

    Also, I've been eating one of my fruits in the morning instead of with lunch. Could that be slowing me down?
