Kagee I would love to coordinate a jan start date. I think I pretty much have decided that I am going to do it. I haven't seen Hotpink...or anyone else out there for that matter. Do you have her email or Facebook so you could ask her. It's kinda sad to see the divas splitting up but I have some of you on Facebook...which is awesome!

So, when exactly do you think you are going to move? Are u excited?

Hi Jaymie - I still don't know when something will be available housing-wise, but my paperwork is in anyway - It will be good to have my own space and kitchen especially. I'm trying to pack away things not immediately needed to be prepared to move more readily.

I'm thinking of starting a 3 week strict P3, the beginning of January in preparation to going back into P2. Does that sound weird to you? I'll have been on some program off hcg/hhcg for a long time with a PI break in the middle and lately haven't been strict protocol. Will probably take a day off for Christmas and New Years, but still be pretty much P2 otherwise. Would like to do P3 correctly for a while before doing P2 again.
~~ Would breaking into another round by doing P3 first before P2 appeal to you . It would wean you off P4 foods before beingP2.??

I think Hotpink is probably involved with the decline of her relative - I hope things aren't too difficult for her... miss her.

scottishfairy is enjoying her new life as per Facebook. : )

Audri - is back to lurking temporarily (just kidding, my friend)

Hope this day is a good one for everyone. <3

Suddenlink did a million dollar "upgrade," and we have been without internet at our house for eight days. I am sitting on my neighbors' front porch, checking bank balances, etc. from my tablet. I am freezing, so this will be very short. I hope all of you are experiencing joy during this season. Much love to all.

I'm coming off the hhcg. I've been getting body hints that it's time - I've been bouncing around the 159-160 mark [I think it's my high school set point]- this morning I took my morning dose and drank some protein powder mix and took an apple with me to pool therapy. On the Senior Ride to therapy became ravenously hungry and protein powder usually lasts me at least three hours - this was a very different kind of hunger... time to stop - even the apple and water didn't help much.
Waiting for the return Senior Ride(took forever) the physical therapy place had a buffet out for the client/patients, so I ate some things roast beef, cheese, slice of dill pickle and oh yes, little blueberry muffins which I avoided for the first hour and a half, but succumbed finally. (did not eat the cookies, cupcakes, brownies, hot apple cider, etc.)

So, I stop at 160 lbs for my weird R3 part A, PI, experimental and part B.
I will eat some non P3 foods over the Holiday week then do correction days as needed, if needed - then straight P3 for a while.

I think I'm going to a friend's up on the mountain Saturday come back Sunday.
    Everyone have Happy Holidays.

    Hey Kagee and Audri!
I have been doing some research for my Jan start and I found the Cambridge diet. It has 4 different versions depending on how extreme you want to get. It has a 500 cal VLCD and I think I am going to try it. Haven't decided if I am going to do it with or without hcg. They are shakes that provide you with 100 percent of what you need. You can combine the shakes with or without "real" food. Kind of like slimfast. The diet has been around since the 80's and is well researched and has a lot of positive press. Anyhoo...I am starting it january 1 and am excited to feel better and not have my jeans be so tight!

Kagee...I will still be on VLCD when u start so I will keep u company. My goal is jan 1 - feb 10. And I am going to do between 500 - 800 cals a day.

    Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas. Jaymie - have fun with the kidlets and Santa - I feel so much better today even after indulgences of eggnog etc yesterday I'm still 160 this morning. Will be eating vegetarian this evening and most of tomorrow so will have some kind of animal(blessings to it's sacrifice) tomorrow night.

Kagee...that is awesome that you have maintained over the holidays! You are quite inspiring. So are you going to do the P3 for a few weeks? I was thinking of taking the hcg I have left with the low calorie cambridge diet. I will send u the nutrition and carb/protein ratio to you and I would like your opinion on what you think.
We had a wonderful christmas...nice and mostly relaxing. The kids are at a perfect age. Hope yours was nice, too.

MonAmour: hope you had a joyous noel!

Hi Jaymie, Mon Amour, Happy holidays - I'm a sicky - there is a lung thing going around here, I finally got it - I'm a baritone at the moment and coughing. I had a nice day yesterday. I 'd gained a bit more than 2 lbs this weekend, but my fat content is actually less than when I stopped the hhcg, so we'll see. I'm drowning myself in various teas, cayenne and ginger and had some Fage. I took a bath this morning with my crazy immune mixture and using 'Kick *** Immune' drops... We'll see how soon I can kick this; some people have gotten really sick for awhile with it. - trying not to be one of them.

Enjoy those kids, they get so excited.
Enjoy your family Mon Amour -

    bye til later -

OH, ya, Jaymie send the info on I'd love to take a look at it -

    Hi Divas,

I'm always reading to see what is new. I am so glad you had lovely holidays. Kagee I hope you feel better soon. Sending healing thoughts and prayers your way. xo
Jaymie the new diet sounds interesting. Let me know how it works for you .

I am about 5 lbs over LPW but living P4. I refuse to do correction days, if I creep up I eat clean and it generally comes off. I can live with both my size and weight. I love my job so much! I make a difference and enjoy nursing again. I love living here. I am at Disney at least once a week, have made some friends and wake up completely happy everyday. Who could ask for more? I LOVE my life
I am going to run a 10k in March, a 10 mile in Sept, then a half marathon next Feb. Very excited! I love you all, and love keeping up with you on FB.
Hot pink I hope you are well. Miss you.

Happy New Year Divas! 2012 is our year to shine
    xoxoxo
