So i am at the point of the night when I usually take my drops. I have not had me dinner yet and I am not hungry. Not sure if i should wait longer? I think that's means I should take the lower dose from now on? Should I take my dose tonight? Or start again tomorrow morning?

Are you spacing your drops out equally throughout the day? When I used Triumph, I remember I used less than they recommended. I canít remember exactly, but if they recommended 12, I maybe did 10 or 8. I liked using the little oral syringe they provided. I just filled it slightly less. Spacing my dosages out equally (as equally as possible) was key for me too. I would do as soon as I woke up, another around 2 or 3, then final right before I went to bed. Iím doing Intermountain pellets right now and this is how I space them as well.

Since you are finding you need to lower the dose, don't take another dose until tomorrow morning.

Please review this linked post. The instruction is there and I made an edit that you may have missed:

I'm glad to see justgitterdone's post about spacing too. Spreading doses out over more hours may help keep your hunger control more even.

Hi Jenm, I missed this post until now. I also had a bad load last sat and sun and didnt feel good until Friday. I gained only .8 (twins !) as well. I was about to do a skip day too but it self corrected. It sucks to feel so hungry, I know. If it's dosage you're in good hands with Leez and JDG.

I think your second and third dose should be later depending on what time you go to bed. You’re only spacing 6 hours apart. Aim for 7-8 if possible so that they are more equally spaced over a 24 hour period. I bet you will feel better after doing this and lowering your dosage.

just a little update. since lowering my dose i have not been crazy hungry which is good. bad news, i have not lost anything since. i gained half a pound the fist day with the lower dose then lost that, and have not lost anything since. I feel like these last dew days have been a waist. i'm feeling really discouraged right now.

Don't despair! Women tend to lose in starts and stops on HCG. Stalls of 4-10 days are not unusual. What is happening is that as fat is consumed, the cells replace it with water for a time. The water stores in your cells are waiting for some kind of mysterious signal to release. When that happens, weight loss shows up on the scale again. But any gains that happen during P2 are not fat gains--its all about water. Your body will release it when it is ready, and you will end up with a daily loss average of about .5 pounds per day.

You don't need to do anything to make your body release the extra water. Just continue on with the protocol and check your inches. You'll likely see changes there when the scale doesn't move.

Check out this little graphic for encouragement:

It's not fair, but men generally lose steadily. They don't have the complex hormone interactions women have to deal with.

Jenm, I'm experiencing the water store sequence this week. Mine happen almost weekly on P2, and it usually takes 3 days to right the ship. At the end of the round, I still average a .5lb loss per day.
It is frustrating, but if you've been taking your measurements, that's a great place to see the process continue when the scale seems stuck.

Hang in there! You've got lots of support here!
