    thanks. ya so the past 5 days i'm only down .4 (all from my weigh in today). i only take my waist measurement (cuz that the only one i care about lol) and i've only gone down 1 inch, which was all from week 1. i was hoping to see a bigger loss this morning but i only had the .4 ... hoping to see some big drops over the next few days.

    Hi! Quick question. I can't remember if i took my second dose or not today. I for sure took my morning dose. Should I just take my evening dose like normal. If I did forget, will missing one screw anything up? I'm thinking no because it stays in your system. But I just want to check. Last week was a little rough. I only had a 3 pound loss for the entire week. A few gains and a few losses etc. But this week so far I'm back to a pound a day. So I'm back on track and I don't wanna screw anything up.

    You'll be fine missing one of [your] daily doses. If you add a dose and its a duplicate, that is what can mess you up for a few days.

    Glad to hear you are getting some good losses.

    Ok thanks! that's what I thought. No, I didn't add anything extra. I take my drops 3 times a day. so I either took them only twice or the correct 3 times.

    So today is day 21. I'm 2 pounds from my goal so I think I'm gonna go a few more days and
    trying to lose another 3-4 pounds so I stabilize closer to my actual goal. It has been a lot easier since changing my dose.

    Glad you were able to get your dose dialed in. That makes such a huge difference.

    Good luck with your last few days. If you are up for extending to 30 dose days (2 loading plus 28 VLCDs), it can help you have a more solid stabilization. Its likely to take that long to lose 4 more pounds anyway unless your losses are above average.

    I loaded so much I have not been hungry at all today. I am going to go to bed early and eat tomorrow. I felt so nasty yesterday. Excited to cook tomorrow and get this party started Didn't Load Enough?

    Sunday is going to be my last days on my drops. I hit my goal today (My first of many small goals. I still have a ways to go lol). So I'm going to do an extra few days to get to 28 VLCD's.

    I forget if my LDW is on Sunday morning (and I continue my last 3 daily doses) Or is it is on Monday morning( my first day w/o drops) ?

    Not clear when you are taking your last dose. But, whenever you take it--if rx injections, you begin P3 72 hours later. (not 3 days, but 72 hours) And if you are on homeopathic, then the hours are 48 hours after your last dose. Then you would be going to P3. Congratulations on hitting your goal! That's awesome!

    Does this look right? i'm not sure when to record my LDW. I never knew homeopathic was 48 hours. i've always done 72.


    so on Sunday the 9th. last day of drops.

    dose2
    does 3 (final last dose)

    Monday 10th/Tuesday 11th

    48 hours of 500 diet.


    Wednesday the 12th
    Officially P3.

    i'm a bit confused. i've been reading contradictory things. LDW (for drops) is that the morning of my last 3 doses. or the next morning AFTER the last dose.

    And it's 48 hours of 500 cals before official P3, not 72?
