    jenm, if you are doing homeopathic drops, and you take your hcg at 9:00 on a Thursday morning, then last dose weight is what you weigh on Thurday a.m. On hhcg (homeopathic) you count 48 hours from that Thursday 9 a.m. dose to start of P3. So you could have a p3 breakfast after 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. If you do rx hcg, then its 72 hours , you would be able to have a p3 breakfast on Sunday after 9.00 a.m. ?

    So my last dose was actually around 7pm
    on Wed the 12th. So i record my weight the morning of the 12th. so technically, my P3 would start tonight then. so I could eat a dinner tonight or breakfast tomorrow morning.

    LDW is your morning weight the last day you are taking drops. I am assuming you are talking about homeopathic drops. The transition from your last dose to your first phase 3 meal is 48 hours. For instance, my last dose day is Monday. My last drops is 4:45pm, which means I get to have a steak and caeser salad Wednesday dinner (in moderation of course). If you are using RX HCG transition is 72 hours (boo).

    Thanks. yes that is what i always have done in the past. LDW is the morning of the last dose. but i read some thing differently recently and was like Didn't Load Enough?. So i get to have a nice breakfast tomorrow morning Didn't Load Enough?

    Jenn, my answer above may have been even more confusing to you. The 48 hours starts at the time of your last hcg intake. If you take drops 3 times that day, I assume it would be at time of your last intake. But I would count that morning as my last dose weight.

    Anyone else?

    Yes. that is what i did. Wednesday morning i recorded my last dose weight. and i counted my 7pm does as my last dose. (i'm actually not sure exactly what time I took it. So I'm just gonna wait until tomorrow morning to start my official P3)

    Sounds exactly right to me, I've been doing injections so long, I forgot with homeopathic you take 3 doses a day! My bad. Sorry.

    Stabilized means you are staying within your 2 pound window. So there is a lot of leeway there. Its not about being the same weight every day.

    If you are having to do regular steak days, you are not stabilizing at your LIW.

    It has been 5 days so far and I have been within my 2 pounds no problem. No steak days needed yet Didn't Load Enough?. The last 3 days I weighed in at 212.8 every day. LDW was 212.4.

    Sounds like you are doing great. Remember that you don't do a steak day until you are OVER the 2 pound limit. Many times you can be right on it, and then it comes down the next day, so even thought its nerve-wracking, try not to ever do steak days prematurely.

    It's fairly unusual to hit the exact same weight number more than a couple days in a row. Most of us fluctuate up and down day to day.
