This morning I felt like I had gone up. I just felt "big". The scale said otherwise Didn't Load Enough?. I weighed myself 3 times just to make sure it was right Didn't Load Enough?

Honestly, I was expecting (and still expect) lots of fluctuations but so far, so good.

I hear you Jen! I just started P3 and yesterday I ate really well. I ate the right food just a lot of it. I was loathe to step on the scale, but did and saw it was the same as yesterday. THAT moment right there is so freeing!

I agree with Tracy, eating plenty of food and not gaining, oh my--it is the best feeling. Without the reset of hcg, I just couldn't seem to eat much of anything without gaining weight. Now, granted we do still adhere to guidelines of no starches or sugars, but amazes me when I stablize and after the rigidness of P2 the fats added back in, make everything tasty! Love the transition to P3.

Hi All! I'm back with another question Didn't Load Enough? lol. I know what you are supposed to do when you go over the 2 pounds of your LDW (which i have not had to do so far Didn't Load Enough?Didn't Load Enough?Didn't Load Enough?Didn't Load Enough?) But what happens when you go under? My LDW was 212.4. This morning I weighed in at 210.6. I am definitely not trying to lose, but I'll take it lol. If i go under 210.4, do i just eat more to gain a little back? My last day of P3 is Monday, so just have to get through this weekend.

Say Thank you Lord! That just happens once in a while, the loss may just adjust anyway. I guess Leez will weigh in, or someone--but don't think you really need to do anything. Just make sure you are not trying to restrict calories or intake to drop weight, as that is not the purpose of p3 protocol. Make sure you are eating to satiety not necessarily really full, per Leez. I don't think I would purposefully eat just to gain back 2 lbs. Good for you with your P3, you going to P4 next?

Ok thanks! yes i'm not trying to lose any more right now. i'm definitely eating! I have dessert every night. I also got a little bit of a sunburn yesterday so I thought for sure I'd go up a little bit Just from a little water retention. But I think this time around i'm just staying away from "trigger foods" more, so it's helping me stabilize better. P4 is next. On 6/12, i'm going on vacation, so that will be interesting lolDidn't Load Enough?Didn't Load Enough?.

Dubbles is right, your body will likely self correct up a little as the days go on. You don't need to be concerned about trying to regain a little extra loss unless it gets into the 5 pound or more range.
