The actual HCG diet is pretty relaxed. As if you're not hungry, obsessed, tired, or suffering from headaches. In fact, it is relaxing when you are losing that much weight and you really enjoy the food you eat. Plenty of water, a couple of lovely apples every day, plus protein. It’s nice to think of something other than food, and if one day you’re wrong it doesn’t matter, because the next day you’ll start again. You know, you're right. People often worry that it is so restrictive, but it is really healthy eating and the hcg eliminates hunger and takes care of cravings. It's really a wonderful protocol.
