    Dosage

Hi, this is my third round of HCG and this time around I am hungry, especially at night. My dosage is 0.2 with a mixture of 10ml vial to 10ml solvent. I am doing this diet through a clinic and doctor supervised. I was at my clinic yesterday and he told me to increase it to 0.25. I'm a little confused as everything I've read suggests decreasing for hunger...thoughts?? TIA

You can't know for sure which way to adjust without doing a skip day.

Tomorrow, skip your dose and pay attention to how you feel in the early evening. If hunger is less, your dose is too high. According to your mixture, you are taking a dose of 200iu, which is too high for most people (but not all, so the skip day is worth doing).

I suspect it is, but not only will a skip day tell you for sure, it will also get your levels down quicker. If you find you need to lower your dose the next day, lower to .15. If you get hungrier in the evening, then go with your doctors recommendation.

I don't mean to piggyback off this post but can the same be said for those of us taking the drops? I have had much success with triumph's drops but for this round I had to switch to intermountain and 3 days in I AM HUNGRY. I also haven't had nearly the loss I experienced every other time.

The amount intermountain says to take is way more than I ever have taken but I assumed that had to do with the concentration of their doses. Will a skip day work the same even though I'm using drops?

    Thank you!

You can do a skip day to check your dose, but it is done a little differently for homeopathic hhcg. Skip your first two doses tomorrow. By evening you should be able to tell which way you need to adjust. How many drops are you taking each time now?

Thank you for the info. I'll give that a try tomorrow.

According to inter mountain's instructions I'm taking 10 drops 3 times per day. Doesnt sound like much but I can tell the volume is way more than I was getting with triumph's dropper. And in fact, they provide a syringe to measure and it was easily half the amount of liquid I'm getting in the intermountain dropper. Hope that makes sense.

I could post the info from both companies bottles if that would help.

Hmm. Perhaps the size of the dropper is inconsequential. Looking at their ingredients list they also include b12, Mag-Phos, and Nat Phos in the mix. The dropper is bigger for that reason.

So my guess is that I need to reduce a little or just stop being a baby about hunger.

Hunger is a clue that your dose is not right. If you continue your round hungry, you will lose the wrong kind of fat and may not be able to stabilize in P3. So its important to fix that as soon as possible.

10 drops 3Xday is actually on the low side for many people, but its a common recommended dose. You may find you need to increase. But you will know after you have done the skips. If your hunger goes away by evening, you need to lower. If it gets worse, you want to increase. I'd try a change of 2 drops either added or subtracted according to your skip test results.

I have a skip day tomorrow, my 6 vlcd. I have been hungry on and off, mostly the past 2 days in morning, and early afternoon, then okay in afternoon/ evening. Not feeling right, though. I usually have lots of hcg energy a high of sorts. I feel something is off and hunger means I'm probably not losing on my supposedly best week that I'm supposed to have...so I need to adjust soon!

My vial from my natauropath is a 10,000 IU vial, but I bought a short round. Does that affect it, it's just a larger amount, right. I only plan on doing 24 days or so. I usually do 26 to 30, but I won't even make it that far (I've never quit in 7 rounds! and my worst round was minus 14 or 15 lbs, most rounds I get 19, 20 lbs off). I regain 20 lbs of my 80 every year, then do a round, b/c for some reason cannot keep that 20 off grr.

My syringes, I'm pulling it to 12.5, 125 ius. hmmm. that's always worked for me in the past so I'm not sure what is up. I also don't think I loaded as much as I should have, I did not stuff myself like usual, but I did eat fatty stuff.

    -80 pounds!

I keep gaining 20 to 25 of it back, I take off 5 pounds myself and then I do a round and lose 20 lbs. So I have done a total of 7 rounds. I am on my 8th round, taking the SAME 20 lbs off. ugh. But at least I don't gain 80 back!

Let us know how your skip day goes. Toward the end of my rounds, my dose was around 110iu. Its not unusual to need less on later rounds.

The past two days on 125iu's, I was so hungry, all day at work, but fine in late afternoon/evenings that I would forget to eat my dinner. Today, skip day, have barely thought about food much at all today. I am thinking that I need less to try 120 ius' b/c maybe it's potent stuff lol. I look like I've lost 10 lbs already it's nuts.

I'd drop more than that, like 110iu. Or even 100iu. Changing by only 5iu is not going to do much.
