    Dose change already?

I知 on vlcd 4. I don稚 have hunger in the mornings so far, but yesterday I noticed I was hungry about 2 hours after lunch. I知 at 150 iu dose. I weigh 179 pounds.

Should I lower to 125iu already?

How do you lower? Just take 125 tomorrow or do I skip tomorrow and take 125 the next day?

I guess I can update in a couple of hours as I am eating lunch now so I will see what happens to hunger.

First of all how strong is the hunger? If it continues or strengthens as the day progresses, you can do a skip day tomorrow. It is the only way to know which direction to adjust for the onset of extreme hunger. That is hunger that does not go away when you eat, or appears right after eating. It is a hunger that can't be ignored, or lessed with a hot drink.

It is normal to have some hunger occasionally during P2. It will generally ease if you have one of your meals or drink something.

If you decide to do a skip day tomorrow, pay attention ONLY to how you feel after 4pm and into the early evening. If your hunger goes away, you should drop your dose to 125iu the next day. If your hunger increases at the end of the day, then you would raise your dose to 175iu.

    Thanks leez.

It must of been something else yesterday. I知 3 hours out from lunch today and not terribly hungry like yesterday.

I知 sleepy, but I know why that is.

Thanks for clearing up skip dose protocol. I知 planning to do skip days on Tuesday anyway, and I値l keep an eye on post 4pm hunger then.

If you encounter a little hunger on the evening of your weekly scheduled skip day, that is normal, because your levels are starting to drop. It does not mean you have to lower your dose.

Glad you are doing better today.
