    Eatinf 800-900 calories on P2 but still losing!!

    I'm trying to still lose weight and I have been eating around 800-900 calories every day and it seems to be working. I am still losing on average a pound a day. Should I keep eating this amount of calories worth of p2 foods to lose the rest of my weight?? if I eat any lower than this I get really really hungry and upset.

    Hi Ctrentz, glad i found you on here.. i have been tring to find someone young to ask questions on progress for my my daughter. Me and my daughter are also doing the same as you ... we eat the alotted veggies and fruit for the day and the rest of the calories i do is protien ... I do it because i had gastric bypass about 7 years ago and need to consume lots of protein.. and my daughter well she is 16 and weights 225lbs and i thought that the 500 calories was a little drastic for her.... she is doing well and loosing about a lb a day...... she is loving it ...... we are on VLCD day 2 ofcourse after gorging in phase 1... all is going well with her... how far along are you ??

    that's nice to know! and I am on my 3rd week of VLCD round 1 phase 2. I have lost 15 pounds so far! I have been eating 800-900 calories a day and whenever I find myself hungry, I have more protein or veggies and it works great best of luck to you and your daughter. message me if you need any help or tips
