I drop my fruit and the grissini , but been in a stall twice and thats frustrating
While we are discussing eggs and other foods have any of you tried adding Tuna or understand why this is not on protocol? I understand salmon is fattier and much oilier -- but tuna would be awesome bc i can pack it and not worry about it!
Let me know if anyone has tried adding this to their diet and results?!

I ate eggs every day on P2 with great losses, 1 full egg with 3 egg whites, boiled. Not a problem for me at all.
I used hard boiled eggs when necessary, like when I am away from home and it is an easy thing to make. I broght some to the beach once.![]()
i ate eggs all the time in my ph 2..i still lost about .8-1lb everyday i never gained well in p2 or stalled. i cooked my 3+1 scrambled with a pinch of salt. im not sensitive to them though

I cut my fruit yesterday and only lost .6. I lost my "egg weight", but I thought I'd lose at least a full pound without the fruit. In the past 4 days, I've only lost 2.2 lbs. Up until then I was averaging a pound a day. Im starting to get really frustrated.
I had eggs 2 times for supper and it didnt seem to stall my loss.
in fact I had eggs last night and woke up to 2 pounds loss.
