    Figuring out dates

    Hi,

I had very good results with HCG in the past and am about a week into P2 to get rid of my Quarantine bulge. Using drops because my doc said the FDC is no longer allowing injections to be available to docs.

I am still a little confused about dates. My first load date was May 24th. When I created my spreadsheet, I get conflicting end dates depending on whether I'm counting up or counting down. Clearly something is off, so was wondering if anybody could help me fix my calculations. While we're at it, does it really matter if I go a few days over or cut it a few days short? For example, if I'm just a few pounds short on the last drop day, what is the risk in extending it a couple more days to hit my goal weight? To the contrary, if I hit it a couple of days before my projected end date, what's wrong with going straight into P3 then? I understand the risk of cutting it at 3 weeks, but I'm talking about like day 38 or 39. For me, I'm more interested in understanding the risks of continuing a few more days beyond the protocol. Based on my current projections, I'm going to be 3 pounds short of my goal weight on my last drop day.

Thanks for your thoughts and stay safe and healthy!!

Once you get to 30 dose days, it is safe to stop at any point thereafter. Short rounds of 23 dose days can result in problems stabilizing, but once you are past 30, you're good.

HCG rounds are counted by dose days.

    Hi Leez,

Thank you for the feedback. Is there anything wrong with going an extra day or two in the event I end up just short of my goal weight at the end of the round? Is there a way one can tell that our bodies have attained immunity, or is there some other risk?

The other thing I would love your feedback and the group's feedback on is average daily weight loss. Everything I've read (outside this forum) has average weight loss at 1-2 lbs a day. That literally equates to 42-84 lbs over a full round. While I think the 42 lbs is realistic, albeit on the top end of reality, I just don't see how 84 lbs could be. Do these calculations include the two gain days during loading? I'm thinking not. I'm trying to have an end game in sight that enables me to stay in the moment of the day. The way I'm trying to do this is incorporate the load day gains into calculating the average daily loss. This has brought the number down to something I think might be sustainable (currently 1.02 lbs/day), which would otherwise be 1.8 lbs per day. To give you a visual, I've attached a screenshot of my tracker.

I know things are going to slow down in the coming days/weeks (maybe they did today), but I'm just trying to get a visual of what the end game looks like.

Any thoughts/feedback is more than welcome.

    Be safe and healthy!

Homeopathic drops do not produce immunity. But let's check to make sure you are using real homeopathic hhcg. The first ingredient should be HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) and followed by dilution strengths in some variation like 3x 12x 60x.

If that is not the first ingredient, you are using fake drops and should stop immediately. Fake drops harm your metabolism.

We don't recommend going longer than 40 dose days, but its unlikely problems would be caused by going a day or two longer. Its not a good idea to add weeks, though. Your body needs time to recoup from the stress of the diet. Getting back to good fats is really important to that. My experience: I once added two VLC days onto a long round. The extra pounds I lost those two days came back. It didn't advance me at all.

You can tell when you reach immunity, because the HCG doesn't work for you at any dose. You either have strong hunger, or you stop losing or both.

    Hi Leez,

Thanks agin for the feedback. Here are the drops I'm using (http://www.angelchiro.com/ha2cg.htm). HCG is not on the ingredient list, but the website explains why. Do you think it's bunk?

Sorry, but you have fake drops. They make it sound good, but if you read carefully, they are offering you some kind of isolated amino acids. Some blend of amino acids have traditionally been the replacement for real HCG in fake drops formulas. That and an appetite suppressant, because they know their formula will not control hunger.

Its their "new" thing, possibly to get around not being able to obtain real HCG anymore because of the recent law changes. But even if it is legit, you are basically offering yourself up as a guinea pig to test their new idea. Only real HCG preserves muscle mass and allows your body to lower your set point. Nothing else has been proven to do that.

Thanks Leez. That's excellent feedback. Sounds like I need to make the choice of either being a guinea pig or switch. I spoke with my doctor based on your feedback and she is very confident this is a suitable alternative for HCG based on the notion that the alpha and beta end of the protein are in the drops and that this is the active part of HCG hormone in homeopathic concentrations. She does feel it's completely safe and works as well as the whole hormone itself.

I have a very good relationship with her so am inclined to follow her guidance, but would also want to have a plan b in the event something is off. Do you know where I could get information on alternatives that are actually HCG instead of the HAACG?

Many people that use hhcg on the forum get their drops from Intermountain and have good results, so you might check them out.

I think its a wise thing to have a backup plan always.
