Oh my gosh I'm glad I'm not the only one who weighs after peeing just to see if I went down a little more! Lol.
I find weighing everyday helps keep me motivated and also tells me if I eat something different and gain not to eat it again. For instance, lean beef is allowed, but I either stay the same or barely lose at all if I eat 93% lean grass-fed, all natural beef (the leanest healthiest I could find). I would not have figured that out if not for weighing daily. Just don't let the fluctuating numbers discourage you whether you weigh daily or weekly![]()

Just found this thread and would love to join for some encouragement. This is R3 for me, R1 was amazing, R2 was (well we won't talk about that one!) so I am now on VLCD2 of R3. I remember how the first round I did, the forum really kept me going and I found it so inspiring that I think that may be the missing link in my R2 (I know, I said we won't talk about it! Zip)

2011: R1 started at 68.5kg finished at 60.7kg
2016: R2 started at 76.5kg finished at 68.1kg R3 started at 68.6kg finished at 63.8kg
2021: R4 started at 76.30kg finished at 68.5kg R5 started at 70.1kg finished at 67.80kg

Hello all, I've read a couple of you are feeling like me. Cold, achy and just overall not feeling great at all. I'm so weak and shaky that I go down the stairs to the basement and I end up being super shaky. I'm not sure what to do about it. It was so bad today, that I was searching for the shortest amount of time we could be on hcg because I wanted to go off of it and get my strength back. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

OK. So, I'm almost over my cold/sinus, but I think my HCG is no good? I think I'm going to order a fresh batch. I'll try to stay low carb/calorie or something until I get my new stuff. I had this batch frozen, but it must have lost its effectiveness.
23 days is the shortest round you can do. Seems like a lot of us are having dose/batch issues this time around. My HCG for my shots should be here tomorrow. Just have to hold out one more day.
I am so sorry that you're not feeling well. I hope that you get you're strength back. Also, I think that you have to be on for a minimum of 23 days for it to stick. If not, I believe you have to start from scratch. Hopefully, you wont have to do that because I see you have been losing at an amazing rate!! I've never lost more that 1.6 at a time and that rarely happened during my first round.

I weigh daily also. If there is something that needs tweaking I don't want to waste a week before I know it. I weigh daily on any diet. The key is not getting frustrated when you hit a stall or a bump up (yeah I know easier said than done).

I'm the same way. Some days, I don't want to eat at all and I have to force myself, especially with breakfast. Sorry to hear about the nuggets!! ugghhhh!! The same thing happened to me yesterday. I went to my nephews Bday party and I was surrounded by pizza, chicken tenders, soda, cake, etc.... Then, as if I wasn't tortured enough, they wanted to go to Cheesecake Factory for dinner!! lol But I was strong, I held up my end of the bargain because I wanted to see a gain this morning. I want to be in the 150s by next weekend!
