    I've been sick for the past two days (thank goodness my students have just been working on their study guides for the final so I didn't have sub plans to worry about). I'm starting to freak out a bit because I have a housewarming/graduation party planned at my house tomorrow evening. I don't want to cancel/reschedule, but I also don't want to be sick/spread my germs around at my own party. I am starting to feel a little better tonight...hopefully that will continue and the party can go on as scheduled. I am supposed to meet Carrie for breakfast in the morning as well....what horrible timing.

    Tonight I had to make a peach cobbler and 2 loaves of honey wheat bread. It was ok until I realized someone had eaten my peaches so I was looking through cookbooks for something good to make, the pictures just about killed me, so I shut it and went and bought peaches. I do not see how y'all can watch cooking shows during p2, I can't do it. I can't believe how that made me start craving, I had really had my head in the game and then boom. I have a grad party tomorrow night and will have to make the kids plate, ugh, dreading that. Plus now everyone watches to see if I eat, and I won't be. I hate that. Well, I suppose not everyone, but certain ppl. Have a good wknd.

    R2 lost 20 lbs (168.2 to 148.2) 40 day- average loss of .5
    R3 lost 22.4 lbs (142.8 to 126.4) 46 days -ave loss of .48 added 1/2&1/2, half way through average dropped.
    R4 lost 8.8 lbs (132.8 to 124) 26 days (used 1/2&1/2) average loss .33
    R5 lost 10lbs (133.2 to 123.2) 34 days w/ PI and upped calories.LDW 123.2

    Wow, I wouldn't have lived through the cooking of the honey wheat bread!!!! I'd have eaten both loaves right out of the oven!!! Hate that people are such critics of this diet! Keep being strong, and know that you are doing what you need to do to be and stay healthy. They will have to deal with their own insecurities.
    AFM: at a hotel in Hammond, LA. We drove until 1am last night and had to stop for the night. Finishing the rest of the journey today. It includes a ferry ride. The kiddos are sooo excited about that. They can't imagine a boat you drive your car onto and ride, lol. Then it's 8 days in our beach house and healthier meals!!! This travel food is killing my johnny time already. I packed a cooler full of food, but unfortunately it was not enough fruits and veggies. The cooler on the way home will have a lot less sandwiches, and much more fruit, veggies, and nuts. Trying not to drink too much so DH won't have a seizure over the bathroom stops. My water bottle and I will have to get re-acquainted once we get to Gulf Shores. TTYL Turkey's!!!

    Um, yum....bread and peaches! 2 of my faves.

    Down .5 again today. Boobs are sore...TOM is
    visiting next week. Oh the joy. 2.5 lbs away from
    the 160's!

    I was literally scared for this round. I was so worried
    I would have difficulties mentally and what not. It's
    been smooth sailing and I am happy. I really think it's
    due to me doing so many "rounds" last year and the
    mental struggles I went thru last year paved a good
    path for this year.

    I can prepare foods for others with no issues. Food
    smells don't bother me. People can shove their face full
    of wonderful foods and I don't flinch. Totally weird but
    awesome at the same time.

    I used to get pretty cranky with those situations in other
    rounds. lmao...but not lately. Thank God. Let's hope
    it stays this way for the remaining 22 days.

    I seem to be stable at about 3 pounds over my LIW. If you recall, that was a set point for me so I'm not gonna sweat it. I'm gonna keep working out cuz I love it. I do need to be better about logging my food. Tomorrow is a steak day, no doubt, cuz I just finished my 15 year anniversary dinner with DH and kiddos (it's a family celebration-besides mama and papa are going on a cruise in a couple weeks). I'm not hanging my head over this one....it was worth it. Pineapple infused vodka is the shiznit. Also had 2 pieces of bacon wrapped shrimp and chilean sea bass. It was so yummy. I figure tomorrow will require a steak day, but for now my head is held high and proud of where I am in my journey.




    Round 4 Underway...I workout in all phases and sometimes rogue it out...the goal is to listen to your body and sometimes my body says ROGUE so I can keep building muscle in the gym.

    What the? I'm usually not the last to post and the first one on in the morning. I'm used to trying to catch up every day. Hope you're all doing well.

    I lost weight. Weird. I'm now 1.9 above LIW. Maybe it'll show up tomorrow so I'll stay lean and clean today, for the most part. Got only 5 hours sleep last night and headed out to garage sales...then yoga at 9. Talk to you all later. Have a great day!

    AFM: TOM is screwing me up!!!!i thought i had found my stable weight...but TOM hit me 4 days ago and i have been crazy ever since.

    FIRST.. I couldnt get enought almond butter...GAINED 1 lb . still below LDW

    SECOND...I still couldnt get enough almond butter... stable

    THIRD... decided to introduce wine....Pushed me over the top. Over LDW

    Yesterday i did a steak day... 2.2 loss. That is 2.4 below LDW. All that weight overnight is AMAZING!!!!!

    HELP ME GUYS PLEASE?!?!?!? Im so scared..going on VACA in a few days...and my first day should be P4. Dont know how to approach and so scared of gaining.

    Rox - breathe! You are doing great! You are UNDER liw! Keep doing what you are doing in p4.
    Add foods in slowly. I'd start w/ more starchy veggies (corn...etc) and go from there. Some
    say watch it when you add in breads and combine them with fat (think pizza) b/c it's a deadly
    combo for some (huge gains overnight).

    P4 is a time for you to see what your body can and cannot handle. You do NOT have to
    add in breads and stuff. It's all up to you. You are doing great!

    AFM - F I N A L L Y broke out of the .5 lb loss game. Got my 1 lb'er today.
    1.5 lbs from the 160's.

    Hey, turkeys. So, not on here much lately... Still up and still no TOM. I know I won't go down until after it starts. It irritates me, so I'm just staying away until I feel better about it all. The HCG musta really delayed me this time. I've never had this long of a cycle in my life. Still crampy off and on, but nothing. I'll be calling the OB by tuesday if I don't get it. I spotted yesterday, and had some "happy time" with DH b/c usually that kick starts TOM when I'm feeling like it's gonna start, but nada. I already peed on some stix and no, not PG. Just annoying! Feel bloated, full, oh and I think a little tummy bug b/c I can't get out of the bathroom. Better than the alternative!

    Later turkeys! Hope tomorrow brings better news!
