    I'm down too, back to normal. I've been battling it for a few weeks, since that one fated night out with a friend. It's all been UP hill from there, then back down a hair, the UP. I am pleased to say that it naturally corrected itself with mostly P3/4 eating. I was up on sunday over 5 lbs from LDW, from the pizza/ popcorn day and then from a few drinks saturday and some late night eating at a party (albeit all P3- cheese, strawberries, homemade jalapeno poppers, hehheehe) It's taken 3 days to drop, but I'm back to -.2 below LDW. Let's hear it for P4 coconut mousse!

    I don't get it either. yesterday, I was so full and bloated feeling... was sure I gained or maintained. Evening weigh-in was only .9 up, then today 2 lbs down from yesterday. Woot! Here's to hoping I can stay more stable without so much stinking red meat.

    Karli-Getting back down with P3/4 eating is what it it is all about and a nice loss to boost you back to where you want to be.

    Im back to LIW and 3 days left of my PI. Another late night working tonight and tomorrow night so its been a crazy busy week here and then the birthday party is Friday night, ahhh.. Ill be glad when I can just breathe and relax again. I hope you have a good day!!

    Hi there ... been awhile since I have even looked at the thread here ... after catching up, I remember why ... for me all the tweaks are just way too tempting and I know that FOR ME, they definatley don't work.

    I am in rd3, vlcd27 and 1.8 from my newest goal. I have gone from an 18 to a loose 8 ... This round I have done absolute strict by the P&I book Protocol, nothing more nothing less even during two trips, visiting family and friends, going to restaurants and moteling and training (as in Amtrak) it ... I did not stall during week 2 as has been my norm in the past and have had a nice steady loss with the average of -.66 a day. I unfortunately fell into the tweaking trap and gained almost ten pounds during rd2 P3-4 ... went on three vacations, drank lots of wine and ate way too much ... I did it and paid for it by having to do a regular round instead of a short one to finish up.

    Pure and simple? Dr S protocol works, I have had amazing results just sticking to it and knowing it will only last 40 or less days! I can do anything for that long!

    Hope this finds you all well, shopping for new sizes and doing double takes when you walk by a mirror!!

    I added a photo from a couple of weeks ago to that at the beginning album if anyone wants to see me without the flab .. have lost another size since the photo ... and I take lousey photo's but it is what it is ... Tried to add it here three times and froze up every darn time, so you have to work to see it ...

    I am kinda confused. You said you tweaked in p2 and thus are saying that caused you to put on almost 10 lbs in p3/4? But yet then said you drank tons of wine and ate way too much in p3/4....so that to me sounds like the culprit for the gains...not the p2 tweaking.

    I understand ymmv. You are lookin' wonderful btw!

    Oh no, wasn't tweaking during vlcd .. p2 ... tweaked during P3 and 4 ... gaining all that ... was fine in P2 of round 2 ... sorry, I should have looked that over better I guess ... just added too much too fast ... won't do that again ...

    Ah! Gotcha! It's hard to wait to add things in. I still have lots of work to do on that and I am going into R4 next weekend. lol

    Well, you look fantastic, dear! (How does one tweak P3 and 4? Is it just eating sugar/ starch? Tweaking helped me in R3 bigtime(EDIT: During P2 only) and but for a few oopses, I'm pretty solid. Is there a tweak for P3/4? If there is let me in on it!)

    The cold weather was making me miserable on HCG which makes me extra cold. I'm cold when I'm not on HCG. My hands and feet stay cold most of fall/winter. So the extra cold has been awful. I've also had a lot more hunger this round.

    I cut this round short at only 4 weeks. I went off my drops and have gone back into P3/Paleo eating.

    I'm already starting to feel more stable. I don't think I'll be going back to P2 until spring if I'm not at goal and want a boost.

    I really think I can lose the rest on my own.
