Talking Green Tea- does it help with losses? Anyone using this?

This is my second round of HCG (did it a few years ago and lost 25 lbs)
I'm new to the "tea" world!
I've never been a tea fan really, but recently tried green tea and actually loved it!! I know of reported health benefits, but what has been people's experience with green tea and HCG? Did anyone find an increase in daily losses? I'd like to add a cup or two each day. When do you think the best times of day to drink it are? I prefer to drink non caffeinated tea as I do not like the caffeine jittery feeling one bit!
Thanks in advance for your advice

I think drinking non-caffeinated will be best anyway in P2 I didn't notice any difference in the loss department but it definitely helps flush out the water weight, so you may notice a slight difference at the beginning of P2.
    LDW: 152.2 from last round

    New round
    Starting weight: 156.0
    Current weight: 146.8
    LDW: 147.0

I drink it from time to time, and have not noticed an increase in losses that I can tell. I love drinking it hot because it warms me up for a while, and this round I have been soooo cold.

There is proven medical benefits from drinking tea. Black, green, white, and oolong all come from the same leaf, just picked at different times. Oolong tea is after the leaf has fermented. That really does aid in weight loss. No one can say if something does work or not in aiding losses, as no two days are the same in terms of losses, not two rounds, nor two people! But the recorded medical benefits are indisputable. If you like it, go for it! It is healthy, zero calorie, and on protocol. And caffeine is a PROVEN thermogenic (raises metabolism) substance as well as an appetite suppressant. I strongly encourage oolong, but green tea is great too! Also, try black tea with cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and peppercorns steeped in the same pot... that is how you make chai!

Same story here on the bring realllllly cold. I read somewhere on here before it has something to do with your hypothalamus resetting, and take it as a good sign. Not sure how much proof there is in that though, but I try to think about that when I'm freezing!!!!

I didn't really notice any difference in my losses with the addition of green tea, I did notice feeling WAY more hungry when I took extra green tea. Maybe it was just me. On another note, plenty of research suggests that it is useful in helping weight loss. On a "desperate" day in an attempt to boost weight loss I took a diet pill (all natural, green tea extracts, chilli extracts, caffeine that kinda thing), well BIIIG mistake, I was starving all day and didn't lose anything the next day. So I just stopped pushing my body and allowed it to happen.

I just discovered green tea this round, too, but since it has caffeine, I don't count it toward my water unless I do the following to get out most of the caffeine. According to Dr. Jay Wile:
    1. Steep your green tea in hot water for only 30 seconds.
    2. Pour out that water, and then add new water and steep until flavor is how you like it.

Apparently, caffeine leaches out first and when you pour that out, you're pouring out most of the caffeine and are left with the flavor in the tea bag. All the good green stuff is still going to leach out after a minute or two. I'm so happy, because I always avoided green tea before due to the caffeine content.
