    Hair Vitamins Ingredients

    Goodmorning, if Leez or any other expert can answer my question I would appreciate it. I am postpartum and experiencing a little hair loss so I am wondering if any of these ingredients are ok to take during P2. I attached a photo of the ingredients list. (Some of them I never heard of, but this product is 100% vegan).

    How far from birth are you? Hair loss postpartum is very normal and hormonal. These may help, I don't know, but if you are breastfeeding, I would check these ingredients for that.

    There is no oil or sugar in them so should be fine for P2 as far as I can tell!

    I’m 6 months postpartum and I’m not breastfeeding. I guess I will have to try them to see if they make me stall but I really don’t want to lose a day ��

    Yes you can take most supplements safely during P2, excepting for something like those giant fish oil pills.

    The quantities of capsule ingredients are so minimal that they don't make any difference.

    Fwiw, increased protein and magnesium are what helped me with stopping the hair loss after having kids. I have 4 You can take magnesium now, and remember the protein for P3. Good luck!
