love the spread sheet. I cannot get the drop downs to work though... is it magic??? I'm VERY computer challenged so any help would be much appreciated!! BTW, we started at the same time. I'm doing hHCG and have reduced 7 pounds so far. Looks like you are close to the same.... You go girl!!

Hi Shirley, in some software applications the drop downs don't work. And i am finding more and more issues with them. in fact tomorrow i think i am going to go to a previous version that was less "sophisticated" but had a lot less bugs. Come join us on the Easter thread.

Racquel, this is the BEST! I just started my first round of the first day of the VLCD, and this will be so helpful!

Is there someplace to change the height for the BMI? Or how tall are you?

    Thanks again, this is AWESOME!

I can't seem to get my calorie intake (in the food log) to work...is it suppose to keep track of a running total of how much you eat?

Other than that I LOVE it!

Are you entering a serving amount?

Colleen - I couldn't get it to work either. I input my own column underneath it to track my calorie totals.

Any word on how to shorten the length? I only plan on going 30 days.

    R1P2 Start Weight - 194
    R1P2 Total Loss - 28.4 (5 weeks)

    R2 Start Weight - 165
    R2P2 Total Loss -17.8 lbs (3 weeks)

After having a baby preparing for Round 3!
