I will post a "how to" on shortening the round tomorrow. Basically you have to delete the rows and fix the formulas. I will give step by step instructions tomorrow. As far as the calories appearing thats weird i am not sure why it is doing that.

Are you talking about the little table on the right hand side? for that you will need to "refresh" the pivot table. Pivot tables are reports of data that you enter. You need to refresh it to tell it to rerun the report.

If you are still having problems google "refresh pivot table" and the program you are using to open the spreadsheet "Microsoft Office 2007." you should get all of your answers there.

Could you modify the tracker for those of us who are doing injections and need to have a no injection day every week? If not, can you tell me how to do it? I tried to do this, but Excel (2003) is giving me an error message.

(I had to get the spreadsheet converted to Excel 2003 using an online service that does file conversions because the Microsoft conversion tool did not give me a workable file).

I love this spreadsheet and it is REALLY helping me get through the first days of R1, P2, particularly with meal planning. Thank you so much for making it available!

I went through the day from Hell yesterday (blood sugar plummeting, screaming meemies before fat-burning kicked in this morning at around 5 am on injection day 5) but this morning, although I feel shaken by what I went through yesterday, I know I am finally burning fat and feel much better.

Everything I had read about the diet said how easy it was, etc., but I guess the people who said that didn't have blood sugar issues! I was terrified that it wouldn't work for me, but it apparently is! Down 5 pounds and counting...

Well the refresh button didn't work but I just added a counter under it. I really appreciate this, you have helped ALOT of people with your Master Excel Knowledge. I am looking forward to how to shorten the days as I only usually do a 30 day round

So I got my calorie tracker working by refreshing the pivot table. I don't see where i can expand or collapse my day (can I just hide them and add rows)?

Exclamation ****updated**** added instructions on food log and shortening rounds

    Hello,

I update the spreadsheet and added more instructions on the "Start Here" page. I realized I had changed the food log but not the food log instructions so it was really confusing. I also gave steps on how to shorten rounds. Hope it helps.

    Thanks!!!
