you need to make that colum a little wider. the #### mean the cell is too small to fit the numbers you have in there. same thing happened to me.

I'm not good with Excel at all, but usually can find my way around things. But, I'm not getting anywhere. Is anyone else having trouble getting the food pivot table to update the calorie intake? I'm clicking on J2, and following table instructions, but it says: Pivot Table not Valid. I so am a nerd, but have not taught myself this stuff yet so I'd really love it if someone can help me out. Thanks ya'll.

Hi Racquel--I have been quietly using your spreadsheet for Rds 1 and 2. Suddenly the formula stopped working?? I can enter my weight but it doesn't show the loss numbers? Any idea how to fix it? No green arrows or anything.

    Thanks

I have Excel 2010 and I'm trying to shorten my round by just a few days and I can't for the life of me figure out how to find "review" and "unprotect sheet". Anyone? I've tried looking it up online and I still can't figure it out.

Never mind. I'm not going to be able to edit it because I have Excel Starter. Poo.

Lost 8 lbs on my own, 24 lbs on R1, regained 8 lbs, now I'm back for R2!

    R2 stats with hCG patches:
    3/22 - 168.2 LOAD
    3/23 - 169.4 LOAD
    3/24 - 170.8 LOAD
    LPW 4/25 - 151.8
