Amazing spreadsheet.. I used it perfectly with no issues within a minute.. I am super happy.. i think the CHART is the part that will keep me motivated the most.. !! Thanks so very much!! I am on round 1 day 6 VLCD

I am unable to download the tracker. :/ It keeps giving me some kind of "command" error. Any insight?

I'm not sure if you are still on or not...but I still wanted to thank you for this amazing Excel chart. I had some of the difficulties initially as some others who were not as familiar with Excel (primarily releasing the write-protection and finding the date to change, lol)...but this was an issue with my skills, not yours, and I figured them out in seconds....this is an AMAZING graph which I know is going to be an integral part of R1's success for me. Thank you!!

I'm in Australia and we use kgs will it still work if I put kgs in? Just started round 1 today.

Wasn't sure if the BMI will calculate properly.

Greetings,

I am new to HCG Phase 1 Load day 2. I tried to download this excel spreadsheet but I only have Excel 2002. I posted in other thread as well as sent Raquel a private message to no avail.

Will someone please help me by saving this spreadsheet into an older version like Excel 2002. Everyone with a newer version can downgrade the spreadsheet but I can't upgrade.

Please someone help me with this. Please email 2002 version to [email protected].
