    This is an amazing spreadsheet.

It not only tracks every detail so thoroughly, it helps motivate me to stay on track because I want to come back tomorrow and see my updates in print!

Thanks to the gorgeous Raquel - wherever you are! :-)

Rabo, you must have experience with excel - I could only get the graphs, weight tracker etc. to work and can't get the food chart to work at all. Whatever trouble people were having with the Pivot, I was too. I like what I can use, though!

I am a giant nerd and LOVE spreadsheets. Thank you so much for this. It makes my life so much easier. I love having something like this as opposed to the paper tracking that my coach gave me.
    Heaviest weight - 255

    Round 1
    Pre-Loading weight - 244.3
    Post-Loading Weight - 246.8
    P2 Week 1 - 238.6 (+0.8)

    P2D8 - 236.8 (-1.8)

Back after a year hiatus and 30 lb gain

Hey MC - I loved the spreadsheet too, even though I could only get parts of it to work properly. I am definitely NOT spreadsheet proficient, although I do have Excel. You probably already know this, but somehow copy your info into your computer's Excel. I thought it did it automatically when I opened my Excel (told you I wasn't proficient!) and I lost all my data at the end of the round when I closed Excel to add another program.

Good luck with the diet! I see that you are WAY more ambitious than I am. We started at similar weights, but I'm just hoping to get into the 160's in another round or two. Currently I am barely above 190 (0.5) and am in the third week of P3. I plan on starting another round in June.

Thank you so much! Great tracker. I use the food log and weight tracker every day.

I haven't been able to get the graphs to work. They just aren't there. Anyone else have this issue? I am wondering if it has to do with Excel version or something. I am a seasoned Excel user.

I can't thank you enough for the spreadsheet. I had a much more basic version and was really debating whether it was worth tweaking it with some pivot tables and lists so I decided to try yours out. At first I ran both spreadsheets because there were some little differences but in the end, the ease of using yours and just adding in some more specific items (for instance, adding Steak-Flank and Steak-Eye of Round, and various eggs, smoothies, desserts made with the fruits) so I could also track the menus I used to compare losses and how I felt after. It worked beautifully and I'm having so much fun adding my info and watching my graphs. Thanks so much!!! Wish I'd had this for my other rounds!

Thanks so much for that spreadsheet! It is truly amazing and definitely helps me keep track of my accomplishments (and pitfalls)
