    For me in South Africa i find fillet the least fatty.. really tasty and cutting them into nice thick medalions gives me the perfect steak experience... and i am very fussy with my steaks

    Thanks.... i guess I just need to get my head around the fact that it is a number if years later and my body will react differently to the hcg....i am jyst so hell bent go get to my target thar i am pushing it and not allowing the hcg to fo its job... tomorrow is end of week 3 fingers crossed

    Fussy too, and I like mine as raw as possible LOL I think I will buy tenderloin and make steak tartare. And add pickle

    Hi all
    Good mornng!! still a wet an miserable day outside... and seems to be the theme for the week ahead

    I am confusing myself dreadfully and I guess I have been focussing so must on the easily daily losses that I lost track of the whole... so had a nice surprise this morning

    Week 1 Loss of 4.3/ 9.46
    Week 2 Loss of 1.2/2.64
    that mean loss in week 3 is 1.4 /3.08
    Making my total loss to date 6.9kg/15.18
    Making my average daily loss 7.2lbs a day

    I was a bit worried about my prawns and cottage cheese mix
    also I hardly ever drink sodas, would at most do sparkling water as a change
    and generally preferring cold drinks to warm drinks I treated myself with Sugar Free Tonic water this weekend and had my fingers crossed
    But then also I believe in the sting in the tail the day after....

    that leave me with an average of .7lbs for the rest of this round..... Doable, but its going to be a hard fight....

    Morning bunnies!!

    Very disappointing ... I keep waiting for that next big drop and then to end up with NOTHING is a bit defeating
    But I will follow my own advice...
    Trust the process and be patient

    All I can think is that either the cottage cheese combo or the sugar free tonic does not work for me

    Yesterday was a super clean day
    Breakfast - grean tea and a bread stick
    Snack - Strawberries 100gm Green tea
    Lunch - Pangasius 100gm pan "fried" with a ts of Braggs aminos and lemon juice with 100gm grated cucumber
    Snack - bread stick green tea
    Dinner - 100 filet streak (airfryer) and Tomato 100gm
    After dinner - half Grapefruit
    More than enough water...
    So all I can say is that it is bound to happen soon

    Or maybe my body is just reacting differently to HCG this time around?

    So Impatient me cannot just sit and wait and decided to put a little more activity into my life...
    So I have a big white elephant standing in the room and seeing that I cannot really sell it I thought I might as well use it...
    I have one of those passive exerciser vibrating machines and decided to start this morning for half hour.... if the scale does not want to move, I might as well tone in the meantime..... want to start doing some step and other Wii exercises from this evening......

    According to my watch I have already burnt 637 Calories today.... so lets see if I can speed it up this way....

    Something else... I have been using 1 teaspoon of Soluble fibre as I am prone to severe constipation in the absence of fats... i ts is just enough to keep me regular every two days or so.... but have not taken the past 3 days.... YET interestingly I found a green tea I bought at the chinas a while back and knew I drank it before so hade a cup... just to check the name Sanye Anti-Adepose tea..... which I believe is to aid weightloss and helps relieve constipation.... if you can believe the Chinese these days?.... anyone else been drinking teas like this in support of their own meal plans?

    Oh, you weigh your veggies? I never have. I thought it was "a reasonable serving."

    Yay on the exercise! Again, your averages are excellent. Stop making yourself miserable LOL There are hardly any big drops after the first week. It is a slow and steady staying on it type of game. You know it!

    I am regular too... every two days LOL I drink one or two cups of Yogi's Blueberry Slim Green Tea a day. I don't know if it helps weight loss or constipation, but I know it is rich in anti-oxidants which is why I drink it. The HCG is for weightloss. I don't expect anything else to work, really.

    MrsStrong... yes i weigh Everything... even my fruit...and I record it on MyFitnesPal.... for example with my lunch today i had chicken and cabbage and looking at my numbers I realised that if i went forward with Steak this evening... i would go over 500 calories so i switched to fish... ending just just under 500.... so know i know Chicken and steak not on the same day on P2 for me
    This round for me is very unusual.... losses much slower but I will go with the flow because there is nothing I can change and thats why I wont stress.... i just want MORE!.

    I am just drinking the tea i have and this one happened to be the anti-adepose.... only found out the meaning yesterday haha

    Off to the bedroom into my PJs and going to shake my boody

    I drink a lot of tea. I try to make sure to have roasted dandelion root tea everyday. I also drink green tea, mate and herbal.

    P2D10 -.4 total -9.8
    Slow and steady for me. I lost weight on the load days and Iíve been slowly losing. But Iím releasing fat. I use keto sticks and Iím usually medium to dark colour on stick so thatís good. Darker the more ketones.

    My previous rounds I did more that 40 injections. I did skip days and up to 45 injections. Trying to decide what to do this time. If I do 45 injections my next round will start with load days on Jan 3 and 4 and then round after that would start around April 20th.

    Only want to do three rounds this year. And if I choose to do another round Iíll do that next December/January.

    Iím a planner. Haha. Can you tell?

    Haha Maggie.... i know that feeling all to well... September Baby so I am an analyzer..

    My planning actually went backwards start January.. back 3 weeks for P3.. back 3 weeks and that then lfet me with an extra week in P4....

    I am not planning a third round But my little oops with my HCG may leave me with enough mix for a short round...

    With my current losses it looks like the goal I had set for myself will possibly not be reached which means a third round may be a reality but for now i will focus like crazy to still aim for 14-15 kgs....(30-32lbs)... my ultimate goal is 67-68 kgs (147-150)) which mayyyy just ask for a 3rd round but i eill cross that bridge when i get there

    My slower than normal losses I can only think these angry injection spots is a mild inflammation and causing slower losses... i have two hospitals vlise by and will see if i can get bacteriostatic water from them.. if nit i will mix my next batch with Vit B12 and see what happens

    Ok now this is seriously NOT cool....up 300gm (.66lbs) and there is no reason for that at all.... so peeved i was considering an apple day but am concerned it will do more harm than good ... so I will trust the process i know i was spot on yesterday

    Snack bread stick grapefruit green tea
    Lunch chicken and cabbage green tea
    Snack bread stick
    Dinner pangasius fish and tomato
    After dinner strawberries
    Everything is weighed and as clise as dammit to 500 calories

    Only thing is that it seems chicken and I dont work on this round... yet again chicken snd cabbage... highly unlikely but i am clear out of ideas....... mumbles under my breath... trust the process .. trust the process....

    Apple days are useless. So sorry about the struggle! Yeah, take out the chicken cabbage combo?
