    I do it very seldom Just wanted to try the egg cheese combo which is a smaller meal than the 1 egg plus 3 or 4 egg whites

    Morning all.... yeah weekend!!!
    Still not much happening in the bathroom but then again it would help if i took my magnesium and vit c.... duh!!

    Managed to drop the .5 i gained yesterday which leaves me with only .7/1.54lbs for week 4 and two more days to push it.total loss back at 7.6kg/16.7lbs dropping my daily average down to .64lbs
    183.7 today

    If I remember correctly sodas are not really recommended...it is summer here now and very hot... i bought so.e sugar free sodas yesterday amd thought i would treat myself to one a day and see how it goes...

    I used fizzy water with lime or lemon, and some stevia. Really enjoyed that. I also like flavored sparkling water. Haven't tried sugar-free soda. Keep us posted!

    Hi all.... as reported on the group
    Down .3/.66 this morning...
    if i can cling onto my average i can get very close to the goal I have set for myself
    Revisiting Pounds and inched 34lbs is the max recommended loss in a round
    Which is in fact the goal i had set for myself... so a few lbs less is not to be sneezed at
    If i maintain my ave for the last 2 and a bit weeks i could possibly make 30lbs.... a really nice incentive to stay on track
    Just have to stay focussed

    I dont know if any of you also feel just more focussed as the round progresses... What I like about this group is that we have a really positive group of girls who are all about sticking to protocol...and even if we do try a few things here and there we do keep it within the walls of protocol

    I remembee 6 years ago... there were so many rougue groups justifying themselves... and in the long run it is easy to be swayedto follow the easy way.... so thank you girls !!!!

    Generally I am not. Soda person but I have been allowing myself 1 can a day the past 3 days and so far so good!!! It is really hot here this week so its just nice to have something ice cold... lol and not wine!!

    Simple Chicken and tomato P2 quota turned into a nice chicken (with fresh coriander and a few bits of spring onion) burger with tomato and micro herbs.... so lets see what chicken doescthis time... just seems my body does not like chicken this time around

    Yeah, soda is so good when it is hot! We actually have been thinking about getting a soda machine but I hate too many things on my counter.

    I looked for ground chicken but could only find dark meat or unidentified which is probably dark and light. Not sure of white ground turkey is OK but I didn't think so. Was looking for some meatballs, onion and tomato soup. Mmmm

    Because I love my water I cannot live without my soda machine.... I love the bubbles and I know it is au natural without anything to enhance the bubbles!

    I have one particular butcher I trust and if he sais only chicken breast then I know I can trust him... the consistency of ground chicken breast is "wetter" than beef... more mushy

    Good morning bunnies....
    My weekends has been notoriously bad for me whenever I am on a diet of any sort... but the last two has been pretty decent... that is also the reason I make my weigh-in day on a Monday... to keep me on the straight and narrow during weekends...

    another .3/6.6 loss this morning
    Making my loss for this week another 1.3/2.9lbs
    Total to date 8.2/18lbs
    Avg daily loss .64lbs
    If I can hang onto that or better it I can achieve 78/172lbs....2kgs (4.4) less than I was aiming for in total ...but a 30lbs loss is not to be sneezed at.. so fingers crossed...

    that would give my January round a comfortable target of about 10kg/22lbs....as I know that will go much slower....

    Now this seems to be a common occurrence that I either go up or don't move on a Tuesday....
    At least its not an up... but no movement today....Blahhhhh! don't like!

    BUT! last night I thought I would try some of my summer clothes.... in winter I am lazy and leggings and a jersey is my go-to.... but for summer I like my brighter colours... So I tried on all my pants.... and low behold... I managed to fit into ONE pair of jeans!!! have about 6 or so pants I can wear as of now... and have about another 5 or 6 that I should be able to wear by the end of this round...They fit, but just a little too tight

    Ok so yesterday was a zero activity day....so I started out with 30mins on the shaker and 30 minus Aerobics exercise on the Wii...have done 40% of my daily steps, so should be able to make it today if I do the same this evening.... might also go check out the pool after work

    Still no Bathroom action....even after the Raw Celery meal!!....i Think it is about a week now....taking my Vita C and Magnesium... do skip my fibre some days and think it may have been 3 days since I took it.... so took 1.5ts this morning....also soaking some basil seeds and may take that before bedtime..

    I don't think the soda has anything to do with it, as I did not have a soda yesterday...but just for safety I think I will not have one today either...

    And if I look at my normal "sting in the tail" the following day.... I can also not think of anything wrong on Sunday

    With no movement on the scale, I divided to make today two Fish meals... keeping it light and it will also allow for the extra calories in the basil seeds and Soluble fibre....

    So that's my story for today.... whats up with all of you?

    Congrats on your clothes starting to fit again! Non scale victory!!

    -.6 for me today. Total of -13.4. Average .78 a day.

    Day 17 so almost half way through. I think with skip days i end you having 45 or so vlcd.

    My little guy still isnít eating his raw veggies but he loves dipping his quinoa bar in peanut butter.

    Yay in the clothes!!!
    Bathroom for me is every other day but no relation to weight it seems. Like I went today after weighing but will possibly be same weight tomorrow. It is what it is. I am inviting all of it and sticking to pop.
    But mmmm havenít had seltzer in a few days . Going to experiment!
