Another gloomy day for me.... No movement in any way shape or form..... weighed 3 times and scale not budging!!
But I shall preach to myself... Trust the process...trust the process.....
I can try and analyze it to bits, but it is as it is....just stick to protocol and wait it out
hectic at work at the moment too....good exercise squeezed in yesterday.... very hot here...

Wondering if the new batch of HCG needs to kick in maybe?
cannot see the logic, but as we know with HCG anything is possible
But then again I can stall for a few days and then suddenly drop 2-3 lbs.... so fingers crossed no longer having inflamed thighs...the HCG will get back to normal....

Yip.... I guess from past experience there have been people lying to themselves and tell a different story on the threads than what happened in real life.... and I always say.... If I am willing to lie to myself, I might as well not spend my time here or waste my money on HCG.... because I will never be able to maintain it....
In terms of Cheats, this has been my best ever round.... just that one whisky evening... and maybe minor combos but not really off protocol... and yet it is my slowest losses....
But yes...TRUST THE PROCESS!

Well... no great shakes but some movement in both regards... stomach still feeling uncomfortable but at least I have had some relief
The scale only moved down by .2kg/,44 lbs
This take me down to only that for week 5 sofar.. but at least it is a move in the right direction
Weight today 82.7/181.9lbs....who knows ... who knows I will break the 180s this week and up my daily average again as it is down to .6 a day....
Still Sticking to my guns not to remove anything off the protocol and keeping as close to 500calories as possible....
One thing I remembered from last time - One of the rounds were in winter and I drank hot water infused with ginger every day.... I even bought ginger a while back, but have not incorporated it so far.... so today I will start with my ginger infused green teas and where I can use it in my meals....
I still wonder if the compromised HCG has anything to do with my losses...or rather lack of losses....
Sunday was my skip day and I lost on Monday
Monday I started with the new batch... ni inflammation but only 4.4lbs in 3 days?.... maybe the new batch kicking in?.... logically it does not make sense...as HCG is HCG is HCG..... but lets see what happens going forward

Good clean day today ... as everyday.. but wanted to share something with you today
Breakfast - no coffee but my green tea with a ginger infusion
Snack - 1 breadstick.... had plans for my fruit
Lunch
1 egg + 1 eggwhite omelette with asparagus
AND
100grm Strawberries with 50gm fat free smooth cottage cheese with 1 sweetener and a dash of lemon juice.... really yummy!!

sorry my mistake... ,44....
no it was a brand new batch I tested it and got a very strong result but somehow it got tainted causing inflammation in both my thighs....now I started a new batch very new It literally arrived the day I popped by to collect.... I just think the switchover maybe... but as we know... a load of things cannot be explained always....
I have always been very good on my water...LOL...after wine my go to drink is definitely water.... not sodas or other frilly drinks.... plain old water

Thanks Mrsstrong.... it is just ok... because if my average stay below .6 i will not be able to get anywhere near my target or below 80kgs... so the next few days are crucial...
If I want to make it I need one or two big drops because to reach it .. Af this point i will have to average .69lbs a day

I did HCG years ago and was very successful. This time, the scale is hardly moving. Disappointing but I will stick with it through the entire round. At least, I am not hungry after eating only 500 calories.
