To get a really nice ginger infusion I grate ginger on the small setting and then put it in one of those infuser balls and infuse in my green tea I also add a few slices... the tea ‘cooks them’ and i just eat the slices when the tea is finish

Always remember.. the more you have to lose the slower the drops will be....

    Morning Bunnies!!
Ok it seems the scale is on the uptake.... in its own bleeding time that is!!
Don't want to sound ungrateful.... but was expecting just a tad more in order to lift my daily average...

Down .3/6.6lbs.... leaving me with 1.3Lbs to break 180 and 5.3 to break 80kgs
I really just want to get below 80 in order to P3 below 80... so at the least 79.... but I might be pushing it

Butttt there are still 3 more weigh ins left for this week... I will be chasing that 180lbs goal for this coming Monday....

After reporting my breakfast and lunch yesterday the rest of the day was perfect, Breakstick for snack
Dinner steak and Tomato followed by strawberries
Heaps of water and 40mins ligt exercise.... soo.... I shall live in make believe and hope that tomorrow is the big one.... sigh

At least for me disappointment has never made me cheat or go off protocol.... in fact it keeps me more focussed....

    Enjoy your day bunnies

OK so time is running out and here are my 4 goals for this round

    1) Breaking 180lbs = 600g/1-3- 1.3 lbs doable in this week still
    2) Breaking the 10Kg mark = 1.3Kg/2.9lbs...
    3) Breaking 80Kgs = 2.4Kgs/5.3lbs
    4) Reaching High Target 78kgs = 4.4kg/9.7lbs
    5) reaching Ideal target 76kgs = 6.4Kg/14.1 lbs

1 have 12 days left and can at a push, pust it to 13 days... but will stick to 12 for now
so unless the scales starts playing nicely I can see o targets 4 and 5 being a bit tricky.... sigh
    One day at a time!

You are persistent and doing fine...average daily weight losses fluctuate... setting goal is good and you are very close. When i did my last round in March my goal was 140 but stopped at 144.2 but day or two later started p3 at 141.4 Current weight after start of P4 (mid May 2020) varies but this week was 138.4 Last week 138.2 and week before 137.2 So approx 6-7 lbs less than my LIW On P3 i pretty much stayed around 141... like my body was ready to get off hcg and get more calories. My p4 plan has been to journal what i eat mon thru friday and saturday and sunday eat the carbs, desserts and higher calories. It is working,

Fingers crossed. Hang in there, Lady! It's so nerve wracking to watch the scale and do everything right and want it so bad. You'll get where you want to go whether in the timeframe you want or not. But I'm pulling for you and your goals!

I have weighed in around 4-5am on mornings I need to pee only to weigh again around 7-8 and there was a difference. Later was less! It's so weird! I tend to stick to the same time: after I get up and before eating/drinking. Everything else is too variable.

Good luck for these last days!!!

Enjoy and move on. One thing I learned is that if I am going to sin, I will enjoy it!

Oh, so sorry you have a UTI--is it painful?!? Glad you got some meds and will be on the mend. No doubt the inflammation of the infection is what's been stalling your weight. Riding it out and focusing on healing and keeping on keeping on is the best possible thing. Sending healing from afar!
