    Ok my stats for yesterday
Since being in lockdown, I am not able to do my daily steps according to my Garmin VivoFit, but I do manage to get very close to goal on weekend days... but as soon as it warms up a bit I wil start doing some WiiFit exercise

    For Breakfast,
I choose to have a green tea instead of coffee, because I know that if i drink coffee, I do more milk than allowed
I had that with 1 sweetener and
1 ts of disolvable fibre (I know this is not one protocol, but I am very very prone to constipation and been doing 1 ts a day, just to keep safe)

    Morning Snack
    Strawberries 80gm with 1 sweetner
    Oolong tea with 1 sweetner
    1 Bread stick

    Lunch
80gm baby sole with lemon Juice
80 Gram tomato and a pinch of Lettuce
    1 Bread stick
(wil not do breadstick at lunch again, will keep it for later in the day

    No afternoon snack

    Dinner
    100 grm beef steak
80gm Steamed asparagus with a pinch of lettuce

    After dinner
1/grapefruit with 2 sweeteners and a pinch of Cinnamon

    Water total 3litres

Very good day today but as I always use just about 10gm of lettuce to resemble a salad, Today is the day I have to be careful about
For not only did i add my 10gm of lettuce I also added 10gms of grated onion to my ground beef just to give it SOME flavour. I tend to feel that I can use ground garlic powder or flakes and then you do not know what fillers are added

I made myself ground meat meatballs with extra lean beef mince, but from experience not all suppliers are equally trusted, so I need to see how today goes.... But something that gives me more confidence in this round is that it is the first round I am doing with an air fyer, and even before HCG I use it every single day, so I can taste fat on my meat and lunch tasted good and no fat, so fingers crossed.. Every day is a new potential success day or fail day.....Watch this space

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of a child.... can never be easy...... sorry I missed it, did not mean to be insensitive

I noticed on the September group that you are kind of trying to stick to protocol and checking on your weight
Will this new round be the first since 2010?

I am hoping to do two rounds but just checked my calendar and will probably put me bang in the middle of Phase two over Christmas and the holidays.... So I guess my options will be to
    finish Phase 2 early November
do 3 weeks of P3 followed by P4 over Christmas
    OR
    P2 till early November
    P3 3 weeks
    P2 for another 3 weks
    P3 over Christmas NOT GOOD

So it looks like I will only do 1 round for this year and start in January with another 40 day round
I think why I will do teh 40 day is that I always start out with skipping a dose from week one and not sure how this will affect me if I do 3o days only.... time will tell
But this will give me the incentive to have the bestest round possible this 40 days

Never ever thought your insensitive. Donít worry.

My plan is to do three long rounds. All after each other. But with the increased timeís in between. I usually end up with 50 injections. I use 2 5000iu bottles. On average I lose .6# a day to start. Then it slows down the smaller I get.

I tried to do a round in 2015 but i wasnít successful. I quit part way through. I started a round a couple months after our daughter passed and I was 2 weeks in and got pregnant with our son.

I feel like Iím starting over. So Iím debating about saying R1 or R5. Could even call it R1b haha.

I guess the amount I mix with is so little and I can add it as a "spice" but prefer fresh through But the moment the scale throws a hissy fit, no more

Scales tells us so much. Iím actually looking forward to finding out what foods cause inflammation. I have an idea but doing this diet helped pin point them last time.

Morning all.... Public holiday here today so not on the computer as much..... hate texting on Phone....

So today is VLCD day 4 (-.7kg)

My loss for yesterday is another (Surprising) .7 kgs (1.54lbs) down
Giving me a total so far of 2.3kgs (5.06lbs)
I am taking everything I can get...

Last night after dinner I got busy and forgot my after dinner snack which was meant to be a fruit serving...I have Grapefruit ready to test my grapefruit theory.... but by the time i realised it was after 8 and I did not want to eat at that time, so I skipped

So in order to achieve this My day looked like this

Breakfast: Green tea, sweetner and a ts of Soluble fibre
Snack: Green tea, strawberries, sweetner and breadstick
Lunch: Extra lean beef meatballs, 10 grms onion, asparagus
    Snack:Green tea, breadstick
Dinner: Hake, Tomato, herbs and lemon juice
    After Dinner : nothing
all my food portions is between 70-100gm I am not cutting on portions to skimp on calories, it is just the way teh portions were done when I packaged it as not to waste
All my food is either raw, steamed or in done in the air fryer
Only "enhancements" i use is dried herbs, fresh garlic (oops big problem just realised teh garlic I used yesterday was the pre-crushed ones in oil....naughty naughty!**) and lemon juice. I have Braggs Aminos but have not used it as yet
However will add some fresh herbs to my shopping cart today.... I am not a lettuce fan and when I can I use a hand pinch of Micro herbs... when I can get them!

** Just shows you how important it is to write things down so you can see any possible errors along the way and later on I can revisist teh same menu and compare results

I guess I am quite happy with plain food and no fancy menus, but need to re-visit some of my old recipes if i want to include spinach in any way other than raw.....I think I have a asian broth with chicken meatballs,,,,, and ideas....?

    Enjoy your day all

PS: Yes Maggie I regard this as round 1 (take 2)...... I have not done this for a long time so this is a start over.... its time you get onto teh wagon girl.... lets get you a headstart before the October rush!

In General i have problem days on weekends and public holidays because my day is less structured than on a work day, But today is my first non working day on VLCD and i was a bit worried, but so far so good Started at a friends early morning and there i usually have a Nescafe sugar free cappuccino but this morning i had regular coffee with milk.... stocked up on what was outstanding and came home just before 12, so decided to just have lunch.... will spread the rest through the rest of the day.... i kind of prefer the split as I have been doing making my body aware of the routine
anyway luckily i am never without a water bottle even when not on hcg... so lets see how the rest of the day goes

Google hcg egg drop soup youíll get recipes. This is one Iíve used.

2 cups - fat free organic chicken/veg. broth (or 1 cup broth and 1cup water)
dash of garlic powder Ė to your taste
2 tsp - Braggs Liquid Amino Acids
    salt/pepper to taste
    4 egg whites/1 yolk
Green onions, thin slices (1/4 cup = 8 calories)

    Calories: 123 w/o green onions - 131 w/green onions
    Serving: 1 - Protein

In a small sauce pan, bring broth/water, Braggs, spices to a boil. While waiting for boil, whisk eggs together quickly until fluffy. Once broth boils, pour eggs into saucepan and cook for another minute while stirring slowly. Pour immediately into a bowl and serve Ė garnish with green onions. You could add some cabbage or some fennel on the side for a veggie. I add a little cayenne or chili powder with some seasonall salt sometimes.
