    I am probably the least experienced with the protocol of the group here, so I can't answer this with any level of confidence. However, I can say that in the past I've found a cranberry concentrate at a health food store that contained nothing but very concentrated cranberry juice. I just added water to dilute it. And you could also add stevia. I think it was Tree of Life brand. Not sure if that's available near you, but wanted to throw that out there.

    I also googled it this morning and It is available in the pharmacy close-by

    Today was a bit hectic so never got around to the Pharmacy
    so with that happening, I thought as I upped my Vit C to 2 doses today
    And Symptoms/discomfort seems less aggressive... Just peeing like there is no tomorrow and trying not to hold it in
    I will wait it out another day.... and if not I will pop by in the morning
    Will also take something to help me sleep a bit better as I have been wide awake at 3am the past week....
    So all things considered I will just go with the Flo and see where it takes me

    What is upsetting for me is that I possibly may not get below 80Kgs and that was really my goal for this holiday season...considering I cannot loose any weight intentionally through p3 and P4....
    HOWEVER... I did put aside 3 weeks for P3 and 5 weeks for P4...I could always try and squeeze the scale those two weeks before starting fresh..... but depending on this infection, I maye have to do P3 for 4 weeks to be sure... see what happens in week 1 and take it from there

    Morning all!!
    Just realised i reported incorrectly yesterday
    Yesterday i lost 500gm and not 400gm (1.1)
    Today down another 500gm /1.1lbs
    Not going to get excited yet.... but I could possibly assume the infection is subsiding... fingers crossed

    This gives me 200g/.44 down for this week... there is hope yet

    But .... there is a silver lining!!
    I broke goal 1....!!!! - below 180lbs!!!!

    That means hopefully goal 2 can happen tomorrow... i need to loose 200gm/.44 to break the barrier between obese and overweight... doable... fingers crossed

    1.8/3.96lbs to break 80kgs....hopefully i can still possibly do it by monday....hopefully....
    Luckily I still have a few days into next week to squeeze everything I can from this round

    Drat... lost my post!

    Firstly... seems i reported incorrectly yesterday I lost 500gm/1.1 not 400gm
    List another 500gm/1.1 this morning... that brings my loss fir this week down 200g/.44lbs
    It is a start.... but not going to get excited yet....still have some lingering symptoms

    But... if this holds i managed to get goal 1 done and dusted... broke 180lbs...
    Now if all goes well goal 2 is pending tomorrow... breaking the obese/overweight bmi barrier

    If this holds...there is still hope to break 80kgs on this round ....1.7/3.74 and 7 weigh-ins to go

    Thank you do much ladies! your support mean the world to me...

    Maggie...i got the Cranberry juice concentrate at the pharmacy today... i actually spotted the concentrate last minute and grabbed it... but cranberries not being native to my part of the world it is very pricey
    I realise i should rather do the tablets... but for now i will finish the juice... can just not find how much id required as a daily dosage??

    MissM and MrsStrong Thanks ladies... just cant get excited too soon... symptoms not got as
    Having said that... I got my Natural Antibiotics this afternoon so maybe that will sort things out

    I am still positive... disappointed (which i should have picked up earlier) but will squeeze out what I can

    whilst at the pharmacy i added a few nut butters to try as snacks in P3

    PS.... managed to get my garmin tracker returned (and replaced) They tried to bully me about MyFitnessPal not syncing... told me in so many words that they will nor accept a return
    But I kept bombarding them with claims that all Garmin watches does sync up and down.... they finally conceded ... ordered a new upgrade ... so fingers crossed MFP syncs correctly... these guys are all fitness and font knowcsbout the added soos

    Creeping down at a snail's pace but at least it is in a downward slope!

    Down another 200g/.44 today ..at one point it was at 300gm but the 200gm was persistent...
    that takes my loss for this week down to 400gm only
    Total loss to date 9.6kg/21.12

    But another goal can be ticked off... I broke the Overweight/Obese barrier on the BMI Scale this morning!!!

    I have 6 more weigh days left....can I possibly break that 80kg barrier?... that would call for an average of .6 lbs a day as my target!
    I will keep trying...

    Only problem is that I have a cheat looming today...
    It is one of my best friend's birthday today and she invited me over for a drink
    So planning on having dinner early so my body gets a chance to burn up the calories.... Before I have a drink.... and do a fruit when I get back after
