    Thanks Girlfriend....
Its just my basic makeup... i push myself hard d in everything I do
I hate failing myself...but yes I am still kind to myself especially when I know I did good
    ... just being greedy

But One thing this round has taught me us that KNOWING I have a compromised immune system us not good enough...
I have a responsibility to now take care of it... and take care of it properly!
The UTI is a result of my thrush/candiaditis /leaky gut situation... which i ignore when times are good
I dont manage my stress... i brush off the fact that i do not sleep enough....I hate taking meds of any kind and that includes supplements and it is time that I acknowledge that to grow old healthy... i can not only look hood on the outside... i need to start taking care of the inside as well... lesson learned....

As long as you are also good to yourself then! Stress is a major contributor to illness/imbalance for sure. It is a big win that you see that so clearly. Now you can do something about it better! Not sleeping well, skipping meals, all of that really has an impact.

You are doing even better than the weight lost!

Thanks girl... its something I know and have always known... but what I do us to rake medication or supplements for a few days and then ‘forget’.... this round showed me just how messed up my immune system really is and I think fixing it is as big a prt as stabilizing

Ok we are finally here!...Last Injection Weigh-in Day!

And of course that cheeky lill Chinese in my lounge had to play with me..!
(but let me explain Chinese = my Wii and cheeky because every time I step on it it says Oh-oh! like in ouch oh oh! __No offense to any Chinese people on the forums!)
Got up... weighed and he just would not budge!! I did go down in BMI but not enough for it to budge!
So being D-Day.... I had to squeeze him for everything he would give me....
So I went to the loo...back to bed...checked my FB...checked my smartwatch and played some candy crush....
Then went back to the lill Chinese... stepped on every so lightly and it surrendered and gave me my 100gm!.... and me being me I had to check and double check it..... it conceded!

So on this gloriously wet morning after a night of much needed rain I can say that I did not reach ALL my goals but I did do good regardless...

    10kgs/22lbs down
that is 11% of my body fat GONE!

and as a bonus... looks like it is the second day that infection clearing up and feeling better - but not out the woods YET.... who knows what can happen in the next 72 hours.....
I am definitely NOT looking at chasing more eight loss.... i will just see where P3 decides to settle

I have not seen Maggie in a while.... Maggie... are you good?

Have a house full of people today.... power at the office is down for the past 3 days and with the rain the past 2 days the solar is not working, so I will get them settled here to at least get a productive day....

YIPPPEEEEE!!! Celebrate what you've done, my friend! This is wonderful!!!

And yes, I'm with you in that we'll just see where we settle in P3. Yesterday was my LIW but today I'm down 1.2 from that. I figure it doesn't have to be a big deal at this point as long as I don't start gaining.

Cheers to your wonderful success! Give yourself credit!

If I remember correctly, if we experience hunger we can up our protein slightly

Congrats on finishing a successful P2. You may not experience any hunger during the transition. But if you do, yes adding a bit of extra protein will tide you over.

What are you doing to celebrate? I like to do some closet shopping on that last day. It helps me realize just what a big change has happened.

@DivineMissM: I love having some losses during the transition. It makes me feel less anxious about having a bad few scale days as I ease into P3. My first week tends to be a bit volatile, so any extra cushion going it is very welcome.

    Leez...thanks girl...
    but no celebration as yet...
Still have 72 hours to go
My celebration will be at the end of P3....
My mistake in the past was to celebrate at the end of P2
    Not going there again...
    Not buying fat clothes
But yes did do a glass if extra light rose wine with a friend tonight
Fingers crossed no bread sticks or fruit today

    Mornings Bunnies
Just woken up and not listened to any news yes so I do hope election results worked out for you guys the way you hoped for....

Opened a new urine testing kit today and did think it was weird that my ketones never went more than a slight pink colouring.... at the time i thought my tests may have been oldish... but yet the test did vary a lot on the other tests and the nitrites and leukocytes corresponded with my infection.... today... a beautiful dark darkest purple for ketones.... so burn babies burn!!!
Corresponding with symptoms there is still the slightest bit of colouring on the nitrites and leukocytes.. so infection definitely on its way out...which at best could mean a possible further drop but at worst a steady P3... however will continue with high doses of prebiotics for a few more days and will continue with preventative treatment till i feel comfortable mforrable
