Ughhhhh!!! Morning after load day 1 and my gut feels like it has a hangover!!! The most uncomfortable feeling! ... I even had wild dreams about p**ping my guts out ... and did wake up feeling very uncomfortable... and I do not think I overdid it... although i stuck to mainly healthy fats, i had some corn yesterday, and wonder if the take out meal from the night before, followed by a load day is the reason for my discomfort?... normally after a cheat meal, one would cleanse the day after... and I loaded...!! Ewwww! Do not want to face the scale today!!

My start weight could be tricky as I was on 82 on Monday morning ... had bad take out and then had a huge jump yesterday.... and I have one more load day.... i usually do not gain a ton on loading ... and I would hate to start much more than 82,,, so I will just have to wait till tomorrow... great thing is it will disappear quick enough!

In short.... I HATE loading with a passion... I can cope with a huge cheat meal.... not TWO while days of fat overload!!! Here goes day two

    Here we go again!
    VLCD Day 1
Started my loading at 82kgs/180.4 - after 2.5 days of loading up 1.2/3.5lbs and starting at 83.6/183.9

Is it not amazing how just 2.5 days of bad eating can derail weeks of hard work and healthy eating??
I know it will drop very quickly....but it saddens me that I have to start 2.5 kgs over LIW...

Wondering where my partners in crime are?.... MissM is starting today.... and MrsStrong has been MIA for a while...
But this is a new round with new buddies to walk the walk with

Can you believe it.... I was actually thinking this morning...whooppeeee! I can have a breadstick for snacktime!

    Happy days all!!

Congrats on a successful loading and starting a new round! Eager to follow along, though I likely won't be on the forum every day like I was in P3. We'll see.

And I've decided to start loading on Saturday, so I'll be a few days behind you. Good luck, Yvonne!!

    But Thanks Miss M....
Like you, I am now also going into a busy phase and I may also not be able to comment a lot, but as I said that is basically why I do my own thread so at least I know where I am at... but its also nice to see other peoples successes, but the upside is that you grow fond of your buddies and they disappear... and you wonder, have they given up?..... or why have they gone...

Reporting in every day is about holding myself accountable.... The easiest to slip is when I choose not to weigh or to report back..., so here goes

    VLCD 2- Down 400gm/.88 lbs
    83.2/183.0lbs

I was hoping for a little more, But maybe the HCG still has to kick in
I need to get used to the new ritual and not forget to do my shots!
Yesterday I forgot to measure, but did so today - reminding myself that if the scale does not talk, the tape measure will!

Food intake was: 50gm Fat Free Yogurt / Bread stick and herbal tea/ 100gm ground lean beef and Tomato/ Bread stick with 80gm Strawberries and herbal tea/ 100 gm Steak with asparagus / 1 mall orange
    Have an awesome day bunnies!

Thanks for the reminder to take measurements. I always forget, but they're always so telling!!

Wait. You're down 8.8 lbs but you hoped for more?!? Did I read that correctly?

You're making me reconsider my plan. I may create a new online journal here for myself for P2. But if I do that I will likely be less active on the group threads. Only so much time in the day. But I'm with you. Definitely attached to you and mrsstrong's journey. I hope she reappears at some point, but it seemed like she was ready for a break and to just live life without focusing on HCG for a while.

I WISH!!! sorry wrong decimal - .88 alas!!

Like with you it is a time issue and if you go onto the general group I do feel I need to spend more time , I only really have that at night time and then I am on my phone and its hard to reply individually But I always try to follow everyone's progress....

I don't want to do a full-on blow-by-blow of my food from the day before but I want track where things slow down... Like last round chicken did not do it for me... and I had chicken at lunch today ... Maybe it was just the inflammation.... and I really need to try more of a variety of veggies but I hate bland Spinach and Cabbage etc,... but trying!!

There seem to be a really nice group of new girls and maybe I will take a bit of time out over the weekend to catch up.... yeah MrsS will come back when she is ready... Also Maggie just disappeared into thin air but in her case it was before her round was over, but I know her and her baby was not well.... Just hope she is Ok.....

Enjoy jour friday - I finish in less than an hour yeahhhhh!!

Flirty, I love reading other people's postings, tho I don't reply all the time. I think it's a good idea to do a thread, where you kinda hold yourself accountable. It can be someplace to go and reevaluate. If people respond ok, if not , then you can benefit personally yourself. I know I enjoy hearing people's meals and issues. Every one is busy, for sure tho--I'be been posting mainly on Leez's January Loaders as you know. But I still enjoy scouring threads! Just want you to know people are probably reading, even if not posting.!

I appreciate you saying that Dubbles...i think with every round you do, you are sometimes in sync with on or two or more people and then they are no longer here and we have to get go know people and how they roll and I am sure by the end of this round I will be sad to no longer see someone I got to know well....

As long as I love the learning and seeing how we are all different and responding and reacting differently to protocol... every persons journey is a lesson for us all

I remember being around at the start of 2014... there were soooo many people... but there were so many people sho openly cheated, modified protocol snd had a whole lot of rogue ideas... that sometimes it was almost like a license to cheat... and i am such s purist when it comes to this protocol... yet this round I need to add s small serving of fat free yogurt to my breakfast to be able go take medication,... but after 2 days it still falls within my 500 calories... by doing my own thread, it keeps me on point snd focussed... about being accountable... and i must say I am so happy to see that dveryond I have met on this last round and now again... its people who are committed... and that is do inspiring to stay on track

Flirty, do you remember in the past starting a thread get personal? I was scouring the threads a lot this past week, and I saw it and did post, but for some reason people didn't post a lot. Just wanted to let you know. I don't know how I would do on this protocol without support on forum. I struggled with getting my enrollment (for password) to get valid again, because it's been so long. I was FRANTIC, but don't see anyone on here that I got to know back then. Time and Toll, huh? I think when I was here in 2010, going Rogue was really becoming In Vogue. Didn't bother me, but I tried really hard not to back then. The most rogue I plan to be is to eat a little extra chicken--just had lunch and it was just leftover chicken tenders from last night. And ro, only because I had 5 oz worth and that was 187 calories. Then tonite will prob have 5 oz of lean, very lean beef crumbled up with couple tablespoons of pico de gallo, shredded lettuce dinner. Not perfect on protocol, but very little of tomato and onion mixed together, and don't see how 1/3 head of shredded lettuce can be that bad for you. We'll see. I have been a touch over 500 cal, tho--but I'm not having fruit or grissini. Do you do the fruit?

Morning girl.... i see you did find the Getting personal post after all... but will reply here to this post... yip rogue to be vogue is spot on... it did not bother me as such, but it made it harder to focus and be accountable... the newer forum may be quieter but definitely gives support and focus

Protocol wise i stick to it 100%... fruit breadstick the works! i have it spread out through my day and at most may sometimes ‘forget’ to do my evening fruit... I have read somewhere that those who skip the fruit and or breadstick may lose a little faster on P2 but struggle harder to stabilize and maintain

I also log my food religiously on MyFitnessPal to make sure I stick to my 500 calories... i weigh everything so i know exactly what my calories are at the end of the day... the most rogue I go is as i said the 50 gm of fat free yogurt (for meds)and a pinch of micro herbs with my salads veggies ( i find lettuce a wasted creation haha)... In doing so its easier for me to see how easily you can go over the 500 mark... for instance doing red meat in two meals in one day limits the rest and when I do fish or chicken i have to pile on more veg... i think we all have our rituals and checks and balances and its nice to catch tips from others
What works for you may not work for me... but protocol works for me and I always sayit is the way it is because it works!!

Before my day runs away with me I would like to do a quick check in
I still had a bit of s heavy feeling on my tummy after loading and had this feeling of doom regardless of a nice dark purple Keto stick... note to self... take your magnesium gifl!!
    VLCD 3 ~ down 1kg/2.2 lbs
    82.2/180.84
    Total 1.4kg/3.08lbs

I normally put a lot of pressure on myself but not going to this round going to take it as it vomes and let protocol do its thing

Food intake yesterday: ff yogurt 50gm/ breadstick with and strawberries/ ground chicken and cabbage/ breadstick/ baby sole and asparagus
Had almost 1 liter water more than the day before but might have had a bit too much
I do sometimes have as much as a liter carbonated water but need to start making my own

Today is injection 5 and I should be able to skip tomorrow... but my first 2 days had me feeling a bit peckish in the evening.. and i put that down to HCG not kicking in yet... if i have the same tonight, i will only start skipping next weekend
