    So Frustrating!!

    Day 16 = UP 200gm/.44
    loss week 1 = 3.1/6.82
    loss week 2 = 500g/ 1.1lbs = Total 3.6/7.9
    Net Loss 1.2kg/2.6 lbs

Maybe I should just not report my scale movements time I am finally free of the 80kg zone....????

I do recall a similar frustration with my first series of HCG... seems to be my scale's hotspot.......

I feel really good, regardless of the discomfort, and did forget to take the anti inflammatories 3 times yesterday.. I try to take it just when the pain is strong, as not to get used to it......

Was contemplating going slow on the walking for the weekend, but I see not that it can do any harm, I do not feel discomfort as a result of walking and exercising, and it can only help with better results down the line , is at the least, it will help with toning and a healthy mindset

I even skipped my second fruit this week.... not intentionally... just did not feel like it

On a better front - Neighbour is on day 7 of week 1 and down 5kgs /11lbs... tomorrows check in will be end of week one (net weight before load weight 3.2 kg/704lbs)

UGH, SO FRUSTRATING, indeed, Yvonne. I'm so sorry. But it sounds as if you've got your head on straight about it and have no plans of this derailing you in any way. I'm so proud of you!

And I'm still in the frustrating boat with you, but more on that in my own log.

Have a wonderful weekend! Personally, I'm going to stay off the scale to make sure that I do. . . .

    Morning bunnies!
    Happy Saturday!
Well lets hope for a happy Sunday too!

I think I may POSSIBLY be in the clear if the 80s hump... finally! But still holding my breath for tomorrow tho!

    Day 17 - down 500g/1.1 lbs
    Down to 79.5/174.9
    Total loss this round 4.1/9.0lbs
    Net loss 1.6/3.5

Fingers crossed the scale will now stop its shenanigans
Another rainy and overcast day, so will continue with the garage clean out and put on a pot of P2 tomato and basil soup... perfect weather for it

After the day yesterday my steps were very low at the end of the evening and was very tempted to let my 10,000 step challenge slip... but I did not.. and proud of myself for it....i got to about 8000 and thought i could make it up today, when neighbour saw her visitor off and we then did the last 2000 together...

    Happy Sunday bunnies!

    VLCD 18 - down 300g/.66lbs
    Down to 79.2/174.2
    Total loss this round 4.4/9.7
    Net loss 1.9/4.2

So it looks like the scale is finally starting to move in the middle of week 3....FINALLY!!!

Sundays is usually my skip day... but the fact that the HCG has finally kicked in and starting to show some losses, i decided not to skip this week... it probably makes no sense at all, but in my head it makes sense...

Upping my dose by just 1 line to 130units may also have been part of it...i will keep it there and just observe. i have never had to go higher than 125 before, but then again this is an unusual round with the swollen inflamed breast...

Also did have some bathroom action that was more than a thumbnail... unfortunately AFTER my weigh in and coffee... so hopefully it might reflect on the scale tomorrow?

    Enjoy your weekend all!

Yvonne, sounds like the scale is really beginning to move for you, at last! Don't feel like the lone ranger, my losses in week 2 were only 1.8 and in week 3 was only 2.2. That is really really really slow. . Maybe you were at a long time set point, and now have behind you. Hope tomorrow the scale continues to go in the right direction.

We've had a whole lot of rain this weekend too!. Your neighbor, friend, is lucky to have such a good mentor! Happy Sunday!

    Thank you girl...
I truly hope that is the case scale wise...but I am aware thus is not going to be an easy round till surgery... but for now... this us my reality, I will take what I get from this round ... but I also think my issue with net losses is messing with my head....because in reality total losses are actually not as bad as I make it

Re my neighbour, we did not really know each other well before me starting her on HCG... and i love her to bits... similar job... similar outlook on life and both very spiritually driven... life has a way to bring people along our path ... it is up to us to learn our lessons as they cross our paths...

If it helps to know.....losses continue on skip days. Remember that each dose of HCG stays in your system for 3 days, so they overlap. That mean that on a skip day, your HCG level will only go down a small amount. Something like 10-20% maybe? I'm not sure about that because I don't have an exact figure on the half-life percentages. But I know the usual adjustment is in the 25iu range which is in about that percentage range of the usual dose, so that seems about right.

Glad to hear your numbers are moving down.

Thanks for the input Leez... i see the point about the skip day. I finally started losing... did mot want to jinx it..
The 125 vs 130 ius... i experimented and it seemed to have done the trick... in past rounds... even the previous round... i could go down to 115 or 110, but never all the way down to 100 though... Will we ever understand the full maguc of HCG?

One good thing about the walking is that I am sleeping so much better, so much so that I overslept this morning!

Better sleep is no small thing, Yvonne, so HOORAY for that! No doubt it will help everything, including the direction the scale is heading as well as reduced inflammation. In time.

Happy February! I'm excited about a new month and hunkering down into this month of riding out this round with as many POP days as humanly possible. . . .
