Hi my friend... Thanks so much...

I am not a quitter, and for the last few weeks there is still a chance to lose SOMETHING.....
I was going to do last injection on 1or 3 March, (either not skipping on the 28th and LIW on 1 March, OR do skip day and LIW on 3rd)

Extending a bit because my crazy crazy period is 23 Feb to about 1 March.... so I cannot do my 72 hours in that time.... so there is still time to get something out of this round.... I think this extends me to 44 or 45 shots, as I have skipped accidentally on 2 days

I am not hungry or have dosage issues, but will make sure I do at least a 4 -5 week P3 before cycling back....

I definitely see a lot of Non Scale Victories.... in my clothes and in my measurements, so there are plusses I cannot ignore

Its just a stress I do not want to add into my life.... but I am in it, I might as well see it through....

    Enjoy your day
    xx

Taking a lot of strain today and actually broke down and had some anti inflammatories....
My measurements seem up a bit which makes me water about water retention?...

sorry I am so flat at the moment.... February is a month of all work and no play, heaps of stresses and massive deadlines.....

Sometimes we just have to keep on keeping on, Yvonne. Seems you're doing that. Riding the waves and doing what you can to stay steady. I'm rooting for you!

    Morning!
I realise I am in a bad space at the moment... so many things going wrong and I cannot seem to control it
I am not quitting, but I decided I need time-out... just a short time-out to de-stress,make a little time for me and be kind to myself....

I know protocol says that a planned interruption is a case of uncontrolled circumstances... but I think the way I feel now is crisis intervention for me.... i have so much stress in my life right now... i cannot cope with the scale and everything affecting it a week prior to crazy insane work through the night stresses...

    So I am
Planning to make my last injection today....
    72 hours of vlcd
On Sunday invited to a friend and hoping to spend a lively stress free day... they are very much keto ...friendly and not excessive eating wise...
I need time out just for a day...no stress and the support of my friends

Today was do bad... i was in tears because everyone is wired and snapping at each other... if I am going to survive the rest if February without quitting... i need to fo this

Only ONE question.... protocol says a minimum of 5 days.... does that mean 4 skipped shots, or 5?
This will also minimise my shots over 42 at the end

    Your opinions?

It would actually be 7 skipped days: 2 doses skipped during transition, and then 5 more for the interruption.

You start counting the interruption after the 72 hour transition. So last shot, wait 72 hours, then first day of interruption.

Minimum interruption: 5 days, maximum 14 days then jump right back into P2 without loading.

Interruptions are only allowed in protocol if you have already had 23 injections (20 effective doses)

Could you possibly do a longer interruption so that you do not extend your round beyond the maximum 40 dose days?

Yvonne, glad you posted this because Leez’s answer to you actually addressed a question I had but hated asking—the PI starts counting after the 72hr mark. I’ve wondered about that! I know it has been such a difficult time for you, with inflammation after your accident, you made really need this time out. Don’t beat yourself up, and maybe like Leez said you may need to do a little longer interruption?
I know they say “unplanned” in Pounds and inches, but sometimes we do what we have to for us. I am on my 2nd day of no hcg, will be going into PI tomorrow around 9 am, 72 hours. I believe since HCG will be largely out of system I should do something for a morning meal? I do not want to start losing the wrong weight during PI. I haven’t been hungry yet. Sorry you are having such a difficult time. Virtual hugs to you.

FWIW, I think this is a really good call, Yvonne--and that it fits well within the spirit of Simeons' original intent for the interruption--maybe even more so. With some time out to focus on other things, I'm sure you'll be in a much better place to make the best choices for yourself moving forward. I am never a proponent of powering through just for the sake of it. This feels like wisdom guiding you. XO

You can, but if you are not hungry yet, you can wait a while until food starts to look appealing. At that point, eat.

    Morning all....
Not quite sure if I want to take 7 days off... but for today i will skip my shot while I make up my morning nd
I dont want to do a PI because I have a big thing coming up...i just want to move one stressful thing out of my life for a few days... not quite sure as yet if it should be a week... but then again i will end P2 at the same time as my neighbour? Maybe a good thing?
Or, skipping shots will help not to extend this round for too long?
I skipped today and will see how the day goes... it can only be better than yesterday...
I do have a lunch on Sunday, but it is not as if I have never had to navigate through a lunch on HCG....right now my mind and my mood is messy.... i probably just let today be...

And of course NOW The scale makes a move....!!!
But time out... not scale activities to be reported or cared about for a few dats...
I even missed my step goal yesterday by 2500..... coincidence that I slack down and then the scale makes a big move?

Stop overthinking and focus on time out!!... just a little me time till Monday and will take it from there

    Morning all....
    Sorry for my silence
Saturday was a weird day.... I think my body was exhausted from the stress and the (possibly) excess exercise to quick... I woke up for the first time at 10:30 on Saturday morning and it felt like I was hit by a freight train..... I was feeling nauseous and groggy.... I ended up staying in bed, watching movies..... eating right and hardly any steps.... Same happened yesterday but I did get up and went to lunch, thought the change of Scenery would lift the spirits.... it did and I was home in bed early... Weight over the weekend was good, but being out of protocol yesterday I decided not to weigh in this morning.....

I was going to say, slightly off protocol.... but then stopped myself, as there is either ON protocol, or OFF protocol... no in between....
however I think was was not way over on calories, but did have roast chicken.....

Yvonne, sounds like you had a "touch" of something. Glad you took care of yourself, your body obviously needed a little break. Anytime I can sleep in till 10:30, then I must be exhausted. But regardless of how late I stay up, my dogs want to get up at 8:30.

Still haven't decided on whether to take a full-on PI, sounds like? Well, trust you will do what you think is best for your body. Glad you posted today, tho. I was thinking about you.

    Morning Dubbles

No, I decided not to complicate things, I did my skip day on Friday....and then was hungry in the evening and with feeling the way I did, I did not want to complicate things, My lunch on Sunday was fairly healthy small meal and I passed on the dessert

Started walking again but now I have this thing in my head that I have to make up die missing 20,000 steps.... But I am very tired in the mornings, So thinking of getting a Vit B complex, as I will need it over the next couple of weeks, and If I do not walk early morning chances are I will not make my steps....

I know it sounds crazy that I feel I have to do the 10,000 steps... I joined a 280,000 challenge at the start f Feb, and I am doing so well... so still want to chase that goal

I am not stressing about the scale, and I am staying on protocol

    Did weigh this morning
Total loss so far is 6kgs/13.2 lbs,
of which 3.5/7.7 from LIW, and
    4.5/10lbs from pre load weight...
I did not expect much from this round.... It is slow, but it is still losses....

Sorry I am so quiet... I am just insanely busy and it is work sleep and eat at this stage....

    Look after yourselves ***
