Interesting that you mention the fact that your temperature is normally very low.... same with me that is how i picked up that i can almost measure my sinus infection by my temperature and always thought my two psoriasis spots flared up as a result of stress.... thanks I will actually check it against my allergies

This covid is insane... i hear of that there is a new flare up in the UK as well.. we are at stage 1 at the moment but in general I keep a very liw social profile at the moment.. protein wise i have enough portioned for mire than P 2 ... not a case of panic buying Just like the idea of having variety and choice.... fresh foods not a problem here and can easily do all of p2 on tomato and a bit of asparagus...even though it is end of citrus season... grapefruit and oranges still plentiful and strawberries aplenty.... it is still tge toilet paper thing i cannot pathom

Still in bed but busy day ahead so will record yesterdays meals and just edit later after weighing... also excited that today is measuring day.... I remember from past rounds how inspiring the measurements would become when the scale starts to slow down... admittedly this is only one week but still excited

    So... yesterday
Breakfast: coffee milk... cant remember if i did rhe fibre
Cake baking and some traces of caramel and choc fudge finger licking oops!
    Mid morning herbal tea sweetener
late morning (12:30) snack: apple and breadstick
    Lunch : skipped
    Late afternoon snack: breadstick
Dinner: 1 egg with 3 egg white omelette with tomato and micro herbs
    3 litres of water

So even with that topsy turvy day I am down .5 kg (1.1lbs)... may I add I did not skip lunch as punishment it was just so close to lunch time and the snack was satisfying... not hungry at all
However, with that minor sugar intrusion yesterday I thought that it is possibly not a good idea to skip my **** today....

So one more day in week 1 left and down 3.3kg(7.3lbs) ... i want to be super good today to try for .7kg for tomorrow to give me a round 4kg loss for the week

Also super motivated after 1-2 cm losses all over... did not expect such results after just one week... a reminder for me not to put all my focus on the scale... the true results are in the inches

A friend told me about hcg back in 2009. She said even if the scale doesnít drop you can watch the fat disappear off your body. Sounds like you had really good results for your first week. Pounds and inches!

I have decided to do this round true to protocol because i have only enough time for one round then 3 weeks p3 And then maintenance so i want to get to a point that i would not be tempted to try and loose more weight off hcg.... Anywhere between 74 and 79 would be great but i just want to break 80 (176) which call for a 18lbs loss i am still aiming for

    Morning all!
Had a great long post yesterday and half way through I lost it... thats why I hate doing the forum on my phone....

But nuff said... bring on the drum roll....

Loss of .9kgs (2lbs) this morning
This makes week 1's loss a total of 4.2kg (9.24lbs)!!!!

I am so chuffed with myself ...
But I guess yesterdays crazy day and 10,778 step did not hurt either

Yesterday we were cleaning a friends house after her squatters were finally evicted, and I worked like a dog... I was only going to go till 2 but then we hit a snag and I quickly ran home to collect something and at teh same time did a lunch run.... so at home I did a quick lunch in teh air fryer and then ran back to collect three Lamb burgers and chips from a favourite coffee shop for the other three... not a second of envy... My eye is on the prize!

I am hoping for an average loss of 2kgs(4.4lbs) a week for the remainder of this round and knowing how the numbers slow down, I am pushing for 3kgs (6.6lbs) for this week, (but I will not say no to anything more) which will make it easier on the rest of the round

But I will not lie to myself, I do believe this weight is dropping fast because it is resent weight.... once I hit 80kg (176lbs) it always gets harder.. and that will be the weight gained during my Christmas break and during lock down....

    Maggie Thanks!!

Luckily my friends are very supportive...
She brought Sprite Zero (sugarfree lemonade) for them but a bottle of Iced water for me, knowing I do no sodas at all when on HCG
That is why I believe that total transparency is required when going on HCG

That is also why they know... the moment I am in my zone... that's it... no compromises or "just one bite"s

    Morning all!!
So this is it...Week 2 Day 1.... and low behold the Scale is in a spiteful mood....
Up 600gm..... Disappointed? Yes.... But logically there is some sense in it, the 2 lbs loss yesterday was exceptionally high, and a 3.6kg (8lbs) loss for week one is still good in my book

Am I going to beat myself up over it? No, because I know I did nothing wrong And will just be super vigilant and stick to the foods i do well on today.... I even did 3litres of water yesterday....!!

Yesterday Strangely enough I had chicken for the first time as well as cucumber... hmmmm

Well I suppose it was bound to start at some point.... But I am not defeated, in fact even more determined do through it back on its belly tomorrow

Have a good day all... be good and drink up!

Could just be a scale anomaly. If your batteries arent fresh, it might be a good idea to change them.

8 pounds is a pretty normal first week loss. Sounds like you are good. I wouldn't suspect the chicken or cucumber. Both are about the most benign items of everything allowed. Of course, you can be sensitive to anything, but I wouldn't go there first.

    Thanks Leez....
I agree and no I dont think it is batteries... I only weigh on my Wii and it gives me warnings when batteries are low.... I just think it was a pretty healthy loss for week one and my body id just adjusting.....

Having said that down again .8kg (1.8lbs) this morming.... 200gm (.44lbs) down from Monday so I am back on track

I think in the past I was easily side tracked and did have a few, not so much cheats, but definitely not protocol and this time I want to do it by the book...including P3.... I dont think I have ever done a proper P3 and this time it will be...

Seriously not doing well this week... very disappointed
Had a clear day again yesterday and yet I am up 200gm.... totally stuck at 100gm less than where I started on Monday (start of week 2)

The only thing I can possibly cut out is my coffee with milk..... the days when I did not have coffee did go good...
It seems I loose a lot and then nothing... then a lot and nothing or up..... Was contemplating a Steak day, But dont want to mess with the protocol...so maybe I will skip Breadsticks today ?

Only thing different yesterday is that I drank my water much later in the day, I usually do most of my water by lunchtime..... but as they say, slowly slowly catch a monkey..
