    We can but wish right?
    I am not going to beat myself up It will come off when it comes off... trusting the process!!

    but excluding load weight I am hoping for about 18.5 pounds... but would still like 22pounds

    I have just been bad with water since the weekend.... so getting back into good habits.... HCG working so well...not hungry so have to force myself to do lunch.....

    The routine will click in soon enough I hope

    It always takes me a few days to get back in the groove Yvonne. No hunger during first couple of days is great. Best of luck with your round!

    Good Morning all!

    Day 3 P2
    Send weigh in down 1.2/2.64
    .8/1.76 to get to LIW, and 1.1 lbs to start weight
    However I prefer to disregard any weight lost over and above LIW
    I find there are no bragging rights in losing weight I have already lost...
    So will start counting when i get to LIW...

    So far going well... i have a bit of a conundrum in that i have two veggies in the fridge that are borderline veggies and will only get to the shops on Saturday morning... will have to see if the tomato an asparagus will see me through the next three days and ic not I may have to resort to a small portion Or two of Cauliflower ... my question is... do I go without veggies and risk being below 500calories... or do i substitute? Maybe I have another tin of Asparagus in the pantry... or I need to do an order in... I dont like ordering veggies in... I prefer to buy those with my ryes.... also have to remember to be mindful of my water intake...

    REALLY hoping for that last 1.76pounds by tomorrow.... i can do it and I trust HCG!

    You can do it! Don't know what others will say about veggies, but you are really early in this round, and on some protocols people can do cauliflower. I eat asparagus, roasted, regularly on p2. Good job on the losses this morning!

    Dubbles, You mentioned asparagus before, I have always had asparagus, according to me this is on protocol... in fact asparagus and Tomatoes are my staple veggies on P2
    Strangely I started questioning myself and had to check again
    One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.

    In a general way, yes. Morning hunger before dosing may indicate a dose too low.

    Hunger after dosing that doesn't go away after you eat (or gets worse) dose too high.


    But its always best to do a skip day to be sure. Because sometimes the indications are wrong and you need to adjust the other way.

    Thanks Leez... I have a lady from a neighbouring town popping over for me to mix for her and it is her first time... so I need to talk her through hunger as well

    Mrs Strong.... So I thought and when Dubbles made the comment I was confused for a moment

    So this is Day 5 of P2
    Lost all my load weight and then some, in essence I have lost 400gm so far, But I am not counting anything above LIW... want to work on Nett weight only
    no bragging rights on weight bragged on before

    This morning the scale did not move, but I am not concerned having lost 3.1 kgs/6.8lbs of load and p4 weight in 3 days is good enough for me
    So currently I am sitting on Nett Loss of 100g/.22lbs and I have two more days to make a dent in week 1....

    Thanks Dubbles
    I need to put less stress on myself... in doing too much i just make my life too stressful

    I am also in the process of packing up my home... trying to declutter and still not sure where I am going to
    All of this was supposed to happen by end of June Earliest but life happens when we make other plans... so all of a sudden my life is topsy turvy... From my side i am tossing, selling and packing fir the past 4 months... now that i have a date... hopefully mid rather than end May I can pack and get organised in all earnest and stress levels will subside... as soon as I signed on that dotted line.... but I do believe good things come to good people.... and I believe I am ‘a good people’.

    I am calculated and organized and like to plan things and this sudden move was a bit if a curveball... so much so that i had a bit of a melt down to my boss (who is also a friend) because I am worried about the impact on a particular project.... but all in all the melt down brought some stress relieve...

    I smile as I type this.... i always talk about my high stress levels... and it is just the nature of my job and Covid has been really brutal on our economy.... So stress is jyst a huge part of daily luving....My boss tend to depend on me to be the level headed no anxiety part of our equation... so she was a bit shocked that I had this melt down... but I feel better for it... and thats the reason I will not beat myself up on thus round... I am committed to the process... hcg will do what it does.... but still hoping for at least 20-22lbs

    I hate stress with a vengeance and have done everything in my power to reduce it. Sometimes it creeps in but overall I am managing it well. Not having toddlers anymore has helped LOL
    I am however even more sensitive to stress when I find myself in a stressful situation now! Such a physical reaction!
    Anyway, good for you to not beat yourself up. It won't change a thing for the better!
