    Morning All
Sorry for the late check in
With all this moving and packing stuff I am taking strain and a friend popped over with a bottle of wine.... needless to say, i gained 300g this morning....naughty naughty

But the good news is that I found something and now just need to do all the paperwork and checks
    Fingers crossed

Good luck Yvonne on the househunting venture. Is there a shortage of apartments/homes available in South Africa?

Not really but I have specifics....
I must have at least one garage Is I have a lifetimes worth of storage
    Must be pet friendly
    preferably simplex
    No upstairs apartment , and
    place for 2 water appliances
and I dont want to move too far out of my area... I have my roots here

Anyways, my life is a bit crazy and stressful and I was not expecting much on the scale but getting there slowly
I know 72/158.4 is where I have been stabilizing for quite a while till i took my eye of things....

But that is where I am today giving me a net loss of 4.1kg/9lbs so far and I am half way... and that also does not account for Load weigh and the bit extra on P3 and P4
    So I am getting there

Yvonne, 9 lbs so far on this round and halfway there? Seems like you are pretty much right on target! Keep it up. Exciting times for you. Hope you hear good news soon about new digs.

    Thank you friends...
strangely I thought it went badly but after I checked the stats that I was surprised
The other 3 can be done in 3 weeks
My problem is that with the stress i have absolutely no appetite and it is hard to stay to plan
    have a lovely day

Donít fall into old habits! If necessary, have a baseline intake. Just eat what you planned out, whether it be P2 or P3.

Yes, you do a 72 hour no drops before PI starts with P3 foods.

I am so sorry it is a rough time. I think it is sensible to take care of yourself the way you need to until things settle for you. Wishing you strength and courage!

Yvonne, will put my 2 cents in for what it is worth--I definitely think a PI might be good for you. The only problem I see is that you will need to up your food intake even more than you do on p2. That being said, p3 foods would allow for much more variety, and maybe foods that would tempt you to eat more, I think Leez has said you need to up calories to at least 800, and best case scenario--even more, just like you do on P3. But you would have so many more options. You have a lot on your plate right now, and PI would likely be good for you. That's just my opinion.
