    arggghhh than invisible wall!!

After a good nights sleep I am thinking going off HCG right now with my appetite non existent, It might not be a good idea...
I just have to forge through a few "hairballs" (thats what i feel like when I am eating meat at the moment)
I think my body is so close to breaking that 72kg mark that I need to stick it out
Down 200gms today.... at SOME stage this plateau has to break... right? upp 200... down 200... somethings gotta give somewhere some time?

    toodles all

How long have you been stalled? I typically have around a 10 day stall each round. I once had a stall for 2 weeks when I was close to goal. No worries, it WILL break eventually.

Woohoo on the lease signing Yvonne!. Getting the move over definitely will lessen the stress in your life! Guess moving at end of month? I'm exact opposite, whenever I am doing some big project, I am distracted, but tend to want to grab any kind of convenience food I can put my hands on, but still want food! Glad you are getting all that is on your housing wish list!

    Thanks Dubbles...
After not weighing yesterday and working like crazy and poor appetite ...Can you believe that The scale did not budge.....!!
and that was my queue... I am wasting good HCG on a body that does not want it at this point.... I will Do a PI but will only restart mid June....
There will still be a lot going on getting settled and unpacking and I have a mini reunion in the 12th..... for which I was going to be in P3.....
    So will just restart then....

It is sole destroying at this point.... about the only food I can eat without it feeling like a furball is egg.... So will stop do my 72 hours and then see if I can get along with Yogurt and smoothies I think I can cope with that for a few weeks....

But I will still weigh every day though....

But hopefully once I sign the lease today I will most probably ease up, But there is so much to do and sort out and I want to do the last 2.5 weeks without this kind of distraction
If I carry on now I will be stuck on 72.... if I take a break, I can break the 70s
But I am sure once the stress lifts my body will release what it is holing on to

    Toddles all

I think that is a good plan, Yvonne. Seriously. Maybe off hcg there will some foods that will appeal to you--then when you return, it will be easier to get that TESS to move in desired direction!. You have a lot on your plate! Happy Lease Signing! What is move-in date?

    Morning all...
Last shot taken Sunday morning, so 48hrs in
Managed to eat a decent portion size of Chicken yesterday without it feeling like a fur ball
Stomach feels a bit better but the Psoriasis (which flairs up when under sever stress will probably take about a week or more to subside

I think sticking at 72/158.4 for a few weeks may be what I need to break the last 9 pounds... Maybe I will pop past the shops and make myself a nice healthy veggie soup.... or chicken and veggie soup.... Soup always works for me and once made i can just heat up the portions... and that will still keep me on Protocol for P3....

    Toodles all

Yes, good luck on move Yvonne, hope going on interruption will free you to prepare and eat a few foods that are tempting to you. Isn't this your fall or winter period? If so , soup sounds like a total winner. I get tired of preparing food all the time.

Good plan, Yvonne! I love soups for colder days. Those 9 pounds will come off when their time is up!
