not really, but still every scale victory is a bonus.....
But right now my brain is in a hundred other places, So I am stopping for now and will restart mid June

    Dubbles
We do not really have 4 seasons... more like it is summer or it is winter
Where I live we have very mild winters, but I do feel the cold badly
and my office is at the south side of the house (Coldest room in the house)
and since losing the weight I really feel the cold

    MrsStrong
So true so true.... and apparently right now is not the time

so I have been stuck between 158 and about 160 for a while now....
All i need to do is stay as close to 158 as possible during the PI
which I believe is possible... I just need to eat more and now that my 72 hrs are up I will load some calories with Protein powder and almond milk
even with no appetite, I can always squeeze that down.. also with yogurt

Also think this "diet mode" is getting to me... even with P3 and P4 in between... it is 8 months now....
My brain just needs a break .... and right now I know I will be mindful, but for now, I think Time Out is called for before I tackle the last 8-10pounds

    Thanks for your support friends
    Sweet dreams at your end

Oh Yvonne truer words never spoken---"diet mode" getting to you. I havent' been doing it as long as you. For me it has been only since January, and I feel like my brain needs a break! I feel weary of constantly thinking is that on my diet or not, can I socialize and be on protocol or not. There has to be a way to mesh these two worlds together! I know for myself I cannot throw the scales away, too risky--but I am tired of worrying about it so much. Maybe Dr S. realized the difficulty of all this, and recommended longer and longer time periods between phases for that reason as well as the issue of immunity. Good luck on this interruption, or even end of round for a while. P3 is pretty easy to live in, and you should be fine stablizing. You don't seem to be a crazy overeater anyway! I can be!

    Thanks Dubbles.....
I guess to a degree I have been in diet mode all my life.... and now that I am so close to goal, my brain is playing tricks on me....
I seriously have terrible body wrinkles at this point, being winter time does not help either.... it shows dry skin wrinkles....
But I will continue with the round.... I do want to break the 154 mark and then some for a cushion....
At this stage I just need a sleep in.... I am exhausted!!!

hopefully finalising removal quotes today then it is full on packing and sorting out

I get you on that point. If your mind is not in it, this protocol can be a very difficult place to be. Part of being able to listen to our bodies should include listening when our body tells us we should not be on protocol. I have been on protocol the last 4 months in some form or fashion and it can wear you out.

Totally agree with Jeff, Yvonne. I have been on protocol, too, in some form or fashion since January--and am a little weary from all of it. But know I can't just totally let go--have to live mostly P3 and that means constant monitoring as well. Haven't heard anything, are you still planning on surgery in June? A move is exhausting, but so exciting!
