I always forget about calories.I never count. I don't think it has been a problem as I am adding a little protein to compensate for eating only 1 fruit most days, and no grissini but I may actually not get to 500 at all. Ugh
Your average loss looks on par though, not?
I was just mentioning the grissini LOL You write that you have an infection. That'll do it. You are most likely just retaining water. More exercise = retaining water. I think after the first week especially, going by average loss is going to give a clearer view on what is happening.
