    I always forget about calories. I never count. I don't think it has been a problem as I am adding a little protein to compensate for eating only 1 fruit most days, and no grissini but I may actually not get to 500 at all. Ugh

    I was just mentioning the grissini LOL You write that you have an infection. That'll do it. You are most likely just retaining water. More exercise = retaining water. I think after the first week especially, going by average loss is going to give a clearer view on what is happening.

    Hi MrsStrong. Thanks for spending the time on my post....this is one of the reasons why I write a personal thread.... so I can reason with myself... leep myself accountable and possibly just see some common threads....yes I suffer from chronic sinus and that is just something I have to work around.... retaining water... dont think so.... in summary... i am just greedy and impatient and probably ungrateful....

    I am going to listen to the voice of reason
    Stick to protocol
    And trust the process,,,
    I know it can only go one way and that id downnn

    But that being said... i will not stop being hard on myself and pushing the numbers
    Its 3am and I better get more sleep... yes thats another thing my sleep patterns are very erratic... should look at that tooo

    Hang in there! From what I have read during my previous bout with HCG is that 0.4 lbs for women is normal! I resigned to that fact and it has made the whole process easier. More is bonus!

    Morning all....

    I am going to take a deep breath and take a long satisfying sip of my H2O.....

    Yes I am impatient but three is my lucky number, so I know week three will come around...
    Down .200gm (.44 lbs) total to date is 12.76lbs... average over 17 days is .75lbs a day.... starting to creep lower and lower

    but ...I know I am doing this right AND I could see a defined difference over my belly area and also side profile this morning...

    Interesting fact discovery for the day.....

    I have always worked on water being pure water intake and then I discovered this morning the 2 litres suggested by The manuscript incrude all liquids including tea and coffee..... No wonder I live in the toilet

    Good observation. So many people have bought into the idea that more water is somehow better and will aim for a gallon or more a day. It is overkill, and can even be harmful to drink too much.

    I find it amazing that no matter how many times I read through the manuscript, I almost always find something I've missed before.

    Thanks Leez and very true....
    i checked up because a friend of mine struggles with water snd when i copied that for her she was so relieved....

    also took the time to check on his take on P3 and hard to distinguish between p3 ... very limited snd basic information... but he does not say anything about moving forward from P3.... although I agree with the info available here.... i am doing a pre order of my veggy based wraps etc for P3.... this time I am going to be prepared and do it right

    I have never been. Breakfast person so HCG P2 suits me to a T.... but i have to mend my ways for P3.... and I shall

    Fwiw, I only drink plain water when exercising. Otherwise, it is water with electrolytes, lemon or lime, salt, and sparkling flavored water, tea and coffee.
