You need to skip a day. On the day that you skip your dose, pay attention to how you feel AFTER 4pm. If better (less or no hunger), then lower your dose to 125iu the next day. If hungrier, then raise it by 25iu. Pay no attention to how you feel before late afternoon to early evening. It does not matter.
You can't be sure what direction to adjust unless you do the skip day. Also, your levels will change faster and you will get relief sooner, as the HCG overlaps for 3 days.
