Great report. My guess is it was likely the mold reaction that slowed you down.

If "extra" hunger continues to be an issue, consider using your weekly skip day to assess if the missed dose makes a difference in your hunger levels. (Note: if you are NOT experiencing hunger and you get a little hunger on your skip day, that is normal, and doesn't indicate a dose change would be helpful.)

That is such a good idea. Thinking about it now I do think I felt less hungry on the skip day than I do on 125 iu. I wonder if I should go to 110 iu? But that would be hard to see on the gauge. I mixed 5 ml hcg with 5ml bact water. It's already such a tiny dose!

If the next skip day indicates lowering, you could shoot for right in between at around 112iu if that is easier to measure.

If you want to do a skip day early, just make sure you have been on the same dose at least 4 days before skipping. Also, don't change dose without doing a skip day. Since the HCG overlaps in your system for 3 days, you won't get the benefits of the change right away, and will be less sure about the decision. (Not to mention hunger won't get relieved as quickly.)

On your next batch, consider mixing a greater ratio of 1:2 or even 1:4. It makes dose changes so much easier and more accurate. Dr. Simeons actually used the 1:4 dilution in his clinic.

Thank you Leez, I am going to remix in about 2 weeks or so with another vial. Is there a youtube or video that shows how to mix? Math confuses me so I need a really simple visual tutorial.

Well I've been down another pound every day since getting over the mold hit for a total of 9 lbs loss in 10 days! I'm amazed! HCG is such an incredible thing!!!! Never would have dreamed this round would go so well now!

    Here's a fairly new one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McdkvuVIpAw

grammy's mixing instructions (this is for a 1:2 ratio): https://hcgdietinfo.com/how-to-mix-h...-instructions/

    1:1 = 5000iu HCG with 5ml bac water
    1:2 = 5000iu HCG with 10ml bac water
    1:4 = 5000iu HCG with 20 ml bac water

If you choose the 1:2 ratio, your 125iu dose will pull to 25 instead of 12.5
If you choose the 1:4 ration, your 125iu dose will pull to 50 instead of 12.5

Most videos are for mixing 5000iu with 5ml bacteriostatic water, so they just use the HCG vial as the storage container. When mixing larger ratios, you'll want to transfer your mix to a larger sterile vial and then add your additional water.

The only tricky part is remembering to equalize the pressure in all your vials before adding or removing. So if you are planning to add 5ml to a vial, withdraw 5ml air first. If you are drawing 5ml from a vial, push 5ml air into the vial first. The rest is just keeping everything sterile.

OH wow!! Thank you SO much Leez! Amazing info! Will bookmark this. My poor brain has a hard time (mom of 5 kids ages 14-4 and we homeschool and my brain gets overwelmed so this will help!)

MissJess, I'm curious, why are you remixing hcg in 2 weeks? Are you doing a long round? Once you mix it, hcg has a pretty short effectiveness - at most 30 days. So it won't be good for a future round unless you pre-fill syringes and freeze them.

I will re-mix once this batch is closer to 30 days. I am planning on a long round. I have 2 bottles of hcg 5,000. But won't freeze anything just re-mix and use the fresh batch. I don't want to use HCG that has gone bad. I am curious how long people's hcg typically stays good.
