As this is a hormone therapy, any new addition of hormones could affect things. However, it would just be temporary. Your body will adjust. Losses can be lower for those that are on HRT as opposed to those that are not taking it, but since you were already on it, your losses should return to whatever level they were before the new patch.
It could just be a fluctuation, since you lost the two days prior.
I would suspect the dairy before considering continuing the patches a problem. You can use the 3 eggwhites plus one yolk option as a sub for animal protein as well. Maybe alternating days with the cottage cheese could work for you, even though the egg sub is just supposed to be occasional. But I know what that meat aversion is like, and you have to cope as you can. One thing that might work for you is making a chicken soup, but pureeing the chicken into the soup. It makes the soup "creamy" and some people are able to stomach the chicken meat that way when the aversion hits. Another option would be to do a J Robb protein shake. Our vegetarian members have reported success with using one of those per day, although whole foods are preferred when possible.
