    Hunger Pangs & Full

    Hi everyone,

Have done hcg in the past with great success. The past couple of times Iíve tried to start Iím getting awful hunger pangs (that I wouldnít normally experience off the diet.) Iíve waited the appropriate time between rounds and have plenty of fat to lose.

Iím on VLCD 1, and woke up absolutely ravenous. I decided to load a 3rd day due to the amount of hunger Iím experiencing. Just had a very large meal and still feel that ďomg I havenít eaten in a weekĒ feeling.

    Thoughts?

It sounds like your dose is too high. What dose are you taking?

I am dosing 125iu IM. (Mixed 10cc water into a 5,000 NuImage vial and dose to .25). Using IM injections really helped alleviate dose issues in the past. Does even the IM dose need to be adjusted (down) similar to Subq for subsequent rounds?

It's very rare to have to adjust IM but it's not usual to be hungry before you even start dieting so it's possible you've developed an immunity to hcg. How many rounds have you done and how many times recently have you tried to start and then didn't?

    Round 1: September to October 19th 2017: (6 weeks = November 30).
    Round 2: January 23 - March 11 2018 (8 weeks = May 6)
    Round 3: April 6 - May 4 2018 (10 weeks = July 13)
Round 4: July 30 - August 22nd 2018 - - this is where I started getting quite hungry and unable to figure out dosage. Did not complete. (12 weeks = November 14)
Round 5: November 21 2018 failed after a couple of days due to holidays and events, but don’t recall hunger levels. Did not complete. (14 weeks = Feb 27)

I didn't realize I goofed between April/May and started earlier by a month in 2018. I figured I'd have given it a fair bit of time before starting again now. I imagine due to the number of times I've attempted and started/stopped prematurely my body may have become immune?

    Round 6: July 3rd start 2019

The wait times are 6 weeks, then 8 weeks, then 12 weeks, then 20 weeks, then 6 months. So round 4 was way too early as was young 5. So I'd wait a minimum of 6 months before you try hcg again.
