    Hunger and tired

    Hey guys,

Week 2 if the protocol here, round 3

Injecting 150-160iu daily. Did a skip day yesterday to prevent immunity

Am so tired. And hungry. I know the answer to this but am I allowed ANY cheats to make myself feel better here? It’s only the morning here and I am struggling to focus on work and just want to crawl into bed.

Also, maybe I need to up dosage? Was certainly hungry yesterday after 4pm but I ended up intermittently napping to entertain myself (sorry that’s the truth!)

Very hungry late on your skip day means yes--increase your dose to 175iu. May I ask why your dose is 150-160 and not one or the other?

Hunger caused by a dose problem is not going to respond to cheats. The remedy is to get the dose right.

You can try some glutamine powder under your tongue, but that will only give temporary relief.

    Thanks Leez!

Sure, it’s mostly bc the marks on my injections are 2iu increments. I thought I would do well on 150, but some days I overshoot a little

Ok so you think up to 175? Can I take a bit more HCG now to help things along?

If you took 150iu this morning, you can take another 25iu now, and then begin 175iu with tomorrow's injection.

The next time you mix, consider mixing in a ration of 1:2 or 1:4 so that you can dose more accurately.

Should be fine. There are less than 2 carbs in 4 oz. And the protocol actually works best with a tiny bit of starch.

I sometimes have a few pinches of shredded roasted chicken breast for a snack if I get hungry in P2, sometimes the extra protein gives me a 1.2 lb loss if I skip the second fruit or the grissini.

No one can say yay or nay for sure. You'll find all kinds of anecdotes where people think changing something in the protocol made a difference for them, but there is no research to back it up. Then you'll find people that tried it and it didn't work for them. Its best to stick to the protocol. We know that works.

As Leez says, it can be a luck of the draw when you go outside the protocol. Sometimes soething may work for you, and then the next time you try it the opposite will happen, so we can't say that using a certain "secret trick" will work every time for everyone. It all depends on your individual body.

Hahaha what an adventure this is!

Had my skip day today. I wasn’t really hungry at all not even past 4pm. Does that mean my dose is too high?
