Unless you were struggling with hunger the day before the skip day, it just means your dose is fine.
I made the mistake once of adjusting up on my regular weekly skip day because I felt a little hungry at dinner time. (I had been experiencing zero hunger in the previous week.) That mistake cost me a week long stall. It was just a bit of normal hunger that can appear on a skip day, and more likely is a confirmation that your dose is spot on.
Skip day tests are usually pretty dramatic. Either strong hunger you were experiencing before the skip day goes away, or you get super hungry at the end of the eating day.
